Hmm. I've been reading around a bit; Sakurai's only mention of Ridley was that he thinks he might be too slow. That's... literally it.

Meaning Sakurai doesn't really show any issues adding him in. On the other hand, maybe he might not be in. Who knows?

Now how good or bad Ridley would be tier-wise is a completely different can of worms... Only the tourney tools will care about that though, while everyone else will be just happy enough that he got added to the roster.

Albeit, his Fireballs could be mult-shot instead. Where he fires one, than another. Kind of like Mario's in a sense. Say, up to 5? But they major cooldown. His Up B could be flight, and I could see him with the regular gliding. Should he be bipedal or float like Mewtwo? Both make sense, since he can walk on two legs in some games. And him floating since he is known for flying works too.

I wish we didn't think that way. Now, we usually end up assuming that Sakurai's teasing (Which is a possibility. A good or at least not so good one) instead of thinking he's gonna be in. The end. I love you saw-kew-ray

At this point, I don't think Toad's all that likely but then, I'd still love it if he gets in the game. I'm not counting him out and I'll do what Habanero told me to avoid doing ------ Even though it's bad for mah health. I've been through worse already IRL and a favorite character not getting in the game is totally negligible compared to whatever I have to deal with. No, it's got nothing to do with social life. More on um, making bad mistakes in academics.

Guess I should've differentiated between firebreather and fireball user when I brought that up, as I was just kinda putting them in the same category, generally speaking. But yeah, fireballs would be better for him, especially if it's few or multiple at a time like in Super Metroid (would be a cooldown for it of course so you can't spam that many at once). But since they're most likely gonna use Other M Ridley anyway who did the firebreathing thing like Omega Ridley in Prime 3...

Well, I would imagine Meta/Ridley's appearance in Brawl would be a good base to start with, rather than Other M Ridley. Even if that's where he pulls a design from, the two boss battles should give an indication on how Sakurai thinks Ridley would fight. I GUESS? So, the move that most closely matches what I would give Ridley is Meta-Ridley's multiple fireball attack... I guess if you hold it he could fire the big one.

Pretty sure that's Donkey Kong in the middle picture, when looking at that red thing that looks like his tie. I'm only disappointed mainly because we've had 2 photos of Link, TL, and DK in the picture in a row.

And when's the last time Pit and Pika had been in a daily Photo? September 6th? Granted, the last we saw Megaman in a daily was September 5th, but he had more attention at the beginning already. It's not that I'm being ungrateful; it's just I like variety. Take example: New moves, new character expressions, and new character changes... heck, I'd like to see different lovely close-ups of each character so we can be dazzled by each characters' details. And as of now, I feel that it's Pika that needs the most attention since I think he's getting the least attention now...

...Then again, we might be seeing a lot more of Pika and Pokemon in general in October.

That early? Yeish. Well, Sakurai isn't doing any pattern with reveals beyond "reveal a character exactly on the release date of one of their newest(that is, when they are released, not literally new) games" so far. It could change, though.

That'd be weird if one week had two reveals... I think he'll wait till Friday. Just to not overwhelm people. On the other hand, he could reveal Ice Climbers, since they don't have any games coming out, if he made them work, anyway.

Well, he said models. It's due to, as noted, the 3DS limitations. Having too much onscreen on a small handheld is not easy.

This could be why he hasn't shown Olimar's Pikmin at more than 3 at once. We really don't know much about how it's causing him issues, though. I think they will return, but until they're revealed, I'm just keeping my hopes up. It ain't 100% till Sakurai says so. I got a very good feeling, but hey, that ain't a real confirmation at all.

I'm not expecting much from tomorrow. I do however, expect to see a Pokemon Direct with a potential character reveal.
