I would not mind a small sprinkle of Super Paper Mario.

It would actually be pretty hilarious if his sidestep dodge or air dodge was the 2D angle flip!

Oh I definitely agree. That hammer and some of those special abilities would be awesome to see if Paper Mario is ever playable in Smash Bros.

Paper Mario would be awesome, and at this point I actually think he's the most likely new Mario rep.

I think I'll be working on a moveset for him soon. We all know there's a lot to choose from, so it might take a while.

I don't want Paper Mario in Smash just because of Sticker Star. I want that series to either ignore that game or go on like a 7 year hiatus until that filth has been wiped off of Nintendo's rear end.

But really, if Paper Mario has anything from Sticker Star, whether moves, playstyle stuff, skills, stages, or heck, even items, I will be seriously pissed. I would rather have nothing than all.

That game should have been aborted before it was made, because it is literally the anti-RPG RPG.

Well, I'll be glad to see Sticker Star stuff in For, then. Since that's pretty much inevitable. And I'm glad Sakurai is doing so. Paying attention to Fan Dumb is a bad idea, and thankfully he does a far better job at making the fans happy than some irrational "fans", so to speak. I used the term "fans" beyond loosely.

I liked Sticker Star, fyi. It was a very fun games. It was flawed, as was all 4 Paper Mario games in the first place. The first game made your Partners a little hard to use. The second game took some of the best Badges away, like Runaway Pay. Super removed the regular Partners, which does kind of take away what made them so awesome, their dialogue and story moments.(Bowser, Peach, and Luigi do help, though) Sticker Star had a good battle system, but it needs a little work. Like the ability to choose defense. Or having the Hammer/Jump as a normal option instead of wasting a sticker. Still wasn't a bad game, just harder than the earlier ones.

You newbies have NO IDEA what kind of CHAOS Pokémon newcomers have here.

God forbid you guys are here when Sonic is revealed, because nothing in the history of smash is bigger than Sonic's reveal, or re-reveal. NOTHING!!! It is too bad we don't have the record numbers we had here, but I think the number of viewers on Smash Boards was well over 10,000 for several months. Crap was ridiculous. Like, you couldn't consistently access Smash Boards for a solid month plus, and even after that, Smash Boards was laggy and buggy as heck for another 6 months after that.

Before that, you never had a huge spike from some confirmations. Yes, een with the Brawl reveal, the new Dojo, or the newcomer confirmations.

Is that purple effect (hilarious mind games right there by Sakurai considering that stage BTW) some sort of clash physics thing that happens to let players know when moves cancel each other out=???

Or is that from Donkey Kong, who I think is above them (it is hard to see since he kind of blends in with the stage)=???

Also, I love how different their effects are. Toon Link's is greenish and yellow like in the Wind Waker (and the Wind Waker HD), whereas Link's are bright yellow and a tad white like in Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword.
