Yeah because at least then, you can still have a large soundtrack, but have "themes" for each stage. I can kind of picture Metroid, F-Zero, or possibly even Starfox having a dubstep track or two (Tag 2 did a good job of not making the WUBS so prominent in their soundtrack).

Still, we need Smash Tunes when it comes to music. I cannot stress this enough.

That's what we're complaining about. You had some songs that really just didn't fit or were plain questionable in general. I was very pleased to see Ai no Uta appear in the game (and it should've been Olimar's credits theme), but I was perplexed as to why the French version was never given a full version for its Brawl appearance. And yes, Environmental Noises made no sense to have as a separate track.

I will say though that some other stages in Brawl had good unity in their songs. Orpheon being a Prime stage really helped lay out what songs to use though it really could've used Dark Samus' theme. Wario Ware was mostly another really good choice, and drove it home further by making original takes on the vocal songs. I, for one, like the English version of Ashley's Song. It reminds me of this character:

Fighting games is one of the few genres I don't give a single dang about spoilers. It wouldn't ruin my hype for the game at all. SSE2's plot (if there is one), however, I don't want to be spoiled.

That said, though, I hope no one here runs into any spoilers/leaks

I can understand the sentiment of wanting to be surprised by whatever's in the game

How did secrecy go pre brawl days like after the DoJo got announced? Were peepz douche bags and spoiled it for everyone? Was the forum divided into

What went down how did it go down? Something tells me once the DoJo is announced not even here is safe...

I was planning to never leave this site for info or to even talk or search about tge game due to massive spoilers everywhere on google and other sites.

This being the official boards and all i thought/assume things would be more maintained & peepz be more loyal etc:

But i dunno...i may have to leave these boards once the DoJo comes and return once i have got all the chars in Sm4sh...xD

Also theres no escaping if you think about it..everything links to chars you cant search about the game without putting 2 & 2 together..example if you find out that theres the stage ''Phaaze'' from MP3: Corruption you know Dark Samus is in...

& Like if Char spec threads dissapear you know that the ones that went are the chars that didnt make it....

I love Smassh soo much i regret soo much what i did with Brawl holding the game case in my hand rubbing the sexy smelling plastic while i said to myself i cant wait to get Lucariio...its just plain Wrong...

I wanna spoil myself like a fat kid in willy wonkas chocolate factory...

From what I remember, zero ****s were given about spoilers by anyone. The general thought was that if you didn't want spoilers, you shouldn't be on Smashboards (or Nsider, etc). All I want to do is spoil myself. My hunger for any concrete Smash information is insatiable. It's going to be a long couple years.

Spoilers? I didn't even consider anything spoilers when I was waiting for Brawl. I did think it was a nice touch for Sakurai to put spoiler-free tags on the dojo site, but basically if you come to SWF during pre-Smash days, expect to learn EVERYTHING, especially from unlikely sources. Seriously. Me? I'm going to spoil myself raw. A character won't be any more awesome if I find him/her by surprise or otherwise. If it's one of my top 5, and they're in the game, I WANT TO KNOW.

There was a spoiler free sub-forum for Brawl. I think it only existed in the gap between the Japanese and American release though. Maybe European too, BUT I DUNNO I NEVER VISITED THAT SUB-FORUM.

NOA? CEO.... Seems like an odd choice.

It seems like a fair trade though. Iwata doesn't deserve to get fired, but he also shouldn't be president anymore. Also, not being changre of the Japanese branch brings hopes that someone more competent may take the lead now.

Super Smash Bros is not mentioned in that article at all.

Who are ShinenGames?

They're a small third party company that, to this day, have only worked on Nintendo consoles. I've long been an advocate of Nintendo acquiring this studio. Not only would it give them a couple new IPs, but FAST Racing League is pretty much generic F-Zero, and if there is any studio who could do the game proper (with a little guidance), it's probably them. That being said, that tweet isn't explicitly saying they're working on F-Zero since it is probably only FAST Racing U.

Who are ShinenGames?

Shin'en Multimedia is a Germany-based company known for high quality games and so far has only supported on Nintendo systems. My personal favorite game from them is Jett Rocket for WiiWare (and a sequel is coming to the 3DS eShop this year). Here is a list of their games.

As for the F-Zero response Shin'en Multimedia did it could be something relating to their WiiWare game FAST Racing League, a game very similar to F-Zero.

Currently Shin'en is teasing something for the Wii U eShop (possibly a racing game).
