But that really doesn't mean that he's deconfirmed at all. We've had clones before at the end of the day.

They're actually pretty "easy" guesses. I hear Ashley is one of the most popular WarioWare characters, and a Cucco item has been requested for a looong time (Like, N64 days). Lumoise City is an iconic location from the newest Pokemon game, so it was fairly safe. Something that wouldn't be so safe would be "Toad is a Newcomer" or "Ness has a new up special".

I wish "Toad is a newcomer" is a safe prediction.

While that's an interesting idea, I'd like to point out that moveset discussion is probably more suited to the character discussion thread than the rumours thrad.

it's leak related so it should be ok

e glad imo is deconfirmed, it would lower the appeal of lugi having a the final smash if e gladd had it as a regular move

I know this is fake, but Chrom and Lucina were in Monster Hunter 4, and they are set to appear in SMT x Tensei, so no they are not in any way ruled out.

OK, I'll give you the MH4 point. I'm under the impression that they're just outfits that look like C and L's, but if they can pretty much turn you into the character (like Snake and The Boss in Portable 3rd) then that makes sense. I wouldn't count SMTxFE yet though, since it's not out and we don't even know its current status. I'm sure we'll hear about it soon though.

I think that Luigi's new Final Smash gives more support to the Palutena leak... because Pit's old Final Smash could be changed into something new from Uprising... so that Palutena is no longer involved in Pit's Final Smash.

I remember hearing rumors on IGN boards (not the most reliable source, I know) of Nintendo trying to buy back Banjo Kazooie and Conker's as IPs back in October. The zinger is that the original Rare bros want to make a game for the Wii U so imagine a Threeie or a new Conker's. I don't really see a need to just disregard leaks with Banjo/Kazooie or Conker...

Imagine the sh*tstorm if one of them were revealed though... That would be like the magnitude of a Ridley + King K. Rool reveal at the same time.

Anyway, tomorrow is the most likely time a real leak would be posted. Most people here in this thread have already said/implied they'd write off every leak as fake, so if I was a ***** I'd wait until April 1st to leak the real information. No one would believe it, you'd be somewhat safe from Nintendo (in theory), and it'd just be fun to mess with people.
