Announcing a character for Smash before knowing how well received his game (and the character himself) would be, doesn't sound very smart to me. Although Wonderful 101 flopped in terms of sales, most people seem to love the game after playing it, but what if the reception was the opposite? I'd say the smartest thing would reveal him one year after, instead (or in some other random date). If he was indeed in, the best and only time to reveal him would have been the release of the wonderful 101 in September, if it would have helped sales (and we know it would have) that's when it would have happened, not a full year after.
Yeah, and ChaosZero didn't even know people were masquerading as him.So did Bkupps ever hear back from "ChaosZero"? Or did I miss something?
Yeah. Chaos Zero himself came and posted here.So did Bkupps ever hear back from "ChaosZero"? Or did I miss something?
Thus probably why he wouldnt be added in the first place, and really they would not wait until a year out to see if he was popular, that would be dumb. He would have been implemented far before that. Its also why i never put much stock behind bayonetta (tee hee), she hasnt even had a game released yet, and people were assuming this one game deal meant enough to gain her a spot.Announcing a character for Smash before knowing how well received his game (and the character himself) would be, doesn't sound very smart to me.
Even Little Mac's character page directs you to Punch Out!! Wii. That game will even see a spike in second hand sales. Wonderful 101 is awesome, and introducing a character would help it's sales, even if it's 6 months to a year since it came out. I would never have played FE if it wasn't for Melee, and while I'd played Mega Man as a kid, his trailer got me to but 1-5 on my 3DSAnnouncing a character for Smash before knowing how well received his game (and the character himself) would be, doesn't sound very smart to me. Can we contact them? We need to kill off all these "X character isn't in the game. Not going to tell you anything good, because bad news is more believable than good. **** you." leaks.Yeah. Chaos Zero himself came and posted here.
It wasn't him.
If it was anyone, it was PortraitofRuin.
I've jumped around looking for PortraitOfRuin, but thus far, I have no leads. Maybe someone else might have better luck, but who knows. Can we contact them? We need to kill off all these "X character isn't in the game. Not going to tell you anything good, because bad news is more believable than good. **** you." leaks.
Wonder Red was in ONE RECENT NOT WELL SELLING GAME. I doubt him very much.
To steal one's image and name to try and do something like that, or try and make people believe their rumor...Yeah, and ChaosZero didn't even know people were masquerading as him.
To be fair, it was never claimed that it was ChaosZero. To steal one's image and name to try and do something like that, or try and make people believe their rumor...
that's kind of low.
You rang? Whom are you referring too?
Even then, attempting to do that without consent of the person is still quite questionable. "I'm a correct Brawl leaker and you should believe me? [And there's the fact that they could be disguising as that person]" Even if someone managed to hit the dot, that doesn't mean that they will stay on target. It doesn't mean that they can't be right again on the other hand.To be fair, it was never claimed that it was ChaosZero.
Just a correct Brawl leaker.
We were wondering if you could look into ways we could contact PortraitofRuin. You rang? Whom are you referring too?
I think I've seen her. Any particular reason? We were wondering if you could look into ways we could contact PortraitofRuin.
I heard GAF had connections to her.
You forgot
Sales don't matter much.
She correctly leaked Brawl stuff right?I think I've seen her. Any particular reason?
I thought R.O.B. sold wellYou forgot
I thought R.O.B helped save the video game industry.I thought R.O.B. sold well
I thought R.O.B. sold well
It's generally considered one of the weaker Nintendo accessories (only compatible with a few games, and doesn't do them well).I thought R.O.B helped save the video game industry.
Something like that. Wasn't he a ploy to get toy stores to sell the NES after many retailers became reluctant to sell video games after the crash of '83? I think that was how Wikipedia put it.I thought R.O.B helped save the video game industry.
Still it sold NES didnt it?It's generally considered one of the weaker Nintendo accessories (only compatible with a few games, and doesn't do them well).
It's right up there with the Power Glove (which I love, it's so bad).
The only reason it had success was due to being bundled with the NES consoles at the time.
But like I said, what if it wasn't sold with the NES? What if it was it's own thing?Still it sold NES didnt it?
I can't even tell if they are trying to prove or disprove it lol.Sorry if I'm late on this, but I found this on Kity Corp courtesy of Bush:
I'd say there really shouldn't be any doubters anymore.
No way in heck it would have sold.....But like I said, what if it wasn't sold with the NES? What if it was it's own thing?
But back to Luigi#1 :
Why not? It was a well received game.
This was already posted twice (thrice now) since yesterday. But yeah, I believe the Palutena leak is real.Sorry if I'm late on this, but I found this on Kity Corp courtesy of Bush:
I'd say there really shouldn't be any doubters anymore.
It shows that the angle is possible to get in the game, and that the rock there isn't Photoshopped.I can't even tell if they are trying to prove or disprove it lol.
...Which one is it referring to?Sorry if I'm late on this, but I found this on Kity Corp courtesy of Bush:
I'd say there really shouldn't be any doubters anymore.
...Which proves my point...No way in heck it would have sold.....
When I used the word "you" in my post I was actually referring either to the poster, or the posters source if there is one. Maybe it seems harsh, but if either of you is making this up, I don't really care which one of you it is. That said, perhaps I could word my post a little better to be nicer. I mean you no malice and if I am wrong I will gladly eat my words, just as I did with Toon Link.I'm just telling you what he is telling me, I have no reason not to tell you guys lol. I don't see how it's that far fetched honestly. I mean Namco is working on the game, you think it's really that difficult to get him in?
@ BKupa666 I never asked anyone to take this seriously. I'm not even taking it completely seriously. I'm not making this up, but my source might be. Just like I said, I'm just the messenger. I have no reason not to tell you guys.
That it is, mate.So..
Palutena leak is looking legit then?
I'm probably the last one who doubts it.So..
Palutena leak is looking legit then?
Nevermind. Others already made my point for me. That'll teach me not to read ahead. It's generally considered one of the weaker Nintendo accessories (only compatible with a few games, and doesn't do them well).
It's right up there with the Power Glove (which I love, it's so bad).
The only reason it had success was due to being bundled with the NES consoles at the time.
ALL THIS EVIDENCESo..
Palutena leak is looking legit then?

A few weeks ago a friend told me that from here on out a newcomer would be revealed at a Direct every month until release, and that all newcomers would be revealed prior to the game's release. I didn't believe him but he said that Little Mac would be in February and look what happened. According to him, this is their current schedule:
March - Palutena (will coincide with the two-year anniversary of Uprising)
April - Chrom (will coincide with the 24th anniversary of the original Fire Emblem and the second anniversary of Awakening)
May - Isaac
June (E3) - Pac-Man (Mewtwo will also be featured here, albeit without a full newcomer trailer)
July - Dixie Kong
August - Wonder Red (will coincide with the one-year anniversary of The Wonderful 101)
September - Takamaru
October - The Prince of Sable
The final newcomer will be Kamek, who will be announced during a special countdown presentation during the 24 hours prior to the game's launch, which is currently slated for November 2nd across the globe.
Snake is the only Brawl character not returning, bringing the final roster to 49 characters aside from transformations. Ridley is the much-hyped stage hazard on Pyrosphere, and Shulk, K. Rool, Lucina, King Hippo, Waluigi, and Dillon are all ATs. Miis are not playable but appear in one stage in each version (the already revealed Find Mii stage on the 3DS version, and a Mii Plaza stage on Wii U). Isaac will have a moveset that revolves around the Djini, and Prince of Sable's moveset will include the ability to transform into both a frog and a snake, neither of which can be used permanently for the entire battle, nor selected at the beginning of a battle, and thus are not considered to be full transformation characters a la Sheik or Zero Suit Samus. Pac-Man appears in his modern form, however for his dash animation his arms and legs disappear and he appears to move floating in the air in classic style.
I don't know, but I'm really glad he's getting noticed more. Why did Sable get so popular all of a sudden. 3 of the most recent leaks have had him included.
