also, anyone else notice we rarely get leaks that include people's feet? suppose it's a lot easier to make a fake leak without the feet.

Are feet really relevant? I mean, you know the characters have them. Do you need to see them? You can't see Rosalina's feet. Does that mean she's fake?

Just got word from NL, and it seems that the 31st is going be more of a business meeting then anything else, so no Smash news or otherwise will come from it I imagine. Here's the article:

Shulk seems like a random choice Sakurai would reveal, so if it happens to be Shulk, I guess I'll look into this "Mr. Prediction" leak.

Plus I wouldn't put too much stock into the whole anniversary thing anymore, as evidenced in the past many times.

The 30th is when the prediction guy said he'll be revealed. Not that I'm believing it but that's what we're banking on for his rumors.

The best guesses for character reveals are game releases (in Japan) and Nintendo Directs. That doesn't invalidate other possibilities, but those two have been the most consistent so far.

Mr Prediction "predicted" that the reason for the Shulk reveal was closer to "X" being properly revealed as Xenoblade 2 than Xenoblade HD Edition. We shall see this week if he is to be believed.

Closest thing I could find to her stances in the leaks are from the AR card battle thing in KI:U. I know that has already been dismissed, but if someone has those cards it might be worth checking into again, maybe try a few different angles to see if it can be matched up at all. Definitely not pulled from the Uprising game itself, that's all I can say for sure.

Nintendo normally announces their Directs a day before they happen. So "prediction guys" only hope is they announce one on Wednesday to occur on the 30th. Otherwise, he's boned.

I have a source who gave me some information on Super Smash Bros. You don't need to know the details of that, so I'll just tell you what I know.

-First up, Ridley is a newcomer. He is very unique, and the largest character in the game, a bit bigger than Bowser. When playing on the Pyrosphere stage, Mecha-Ridley will instead be in the background.

-Dixie Kong is another newcomer. She is not paired with Diddy, and is not a clone.

-There are now 3 Fire Emblem representatives - Marth, Ike and Chrom.

-There are 6 Pokemon representatives. The dev team were not happy with this, but GameFreak wanted them. They are - Lucario, Mewtwo, Blaziken, PIkachu and Jigglypuff. Blaziken was not originally planned. He is not a clone, and the only move he takes is Blaze Kick, which acts like Falcon Kick.

-Little Mac, Pac-Man, Mii and Palutena are the only other newcomers I know of. There will be more.

Now for information about current characters:

-The Melee clones do not return, except for Dr.Mario, who is an alternative costume.

-Wolf, Snake and Lucas are cut

-Ganondorf has been changed a lot. The only moves he keeps are Flame Choke, his side tilt, and his air attacks.

-Falco is also further away from being a Fox clone.

-Corneria, Temple, Hyrule Castle, Fourside, Delfino Plaza, Poke Floats, Summit and WarioWare Inc, are the returning stages I know of.

That is all I know. (note: this is a throwaway account)

Yup. The picture of her with her posing with her staff can especially be trusted. No matter what angle you viewed that pose at in the AR viewer, it wouldn't match up.

I dont quite remember where but i read it in an article up on Eventhubs it was back in july so im sure even it was true it could have changed by now. but than again i tend to not believe anything till i see it.

Honestly I wouldn't be shocked at the exclusion of all those characters. Wolf is pretty much a third clone of fox with some unique moves, Lucas is an improved clone of Ness, and Snake's inclusion was a bit of an oddball in the first place, plus he's a third party character more suited to PS:AS.
