I'm not sure if you know this but the SmashBoards community has a very large fraction of Homo/Bisexual users.
As a Christian myself I don't see what's the big deal with Homosexuality. Of course, my religion is that of my own and I know, very well, that few people agree with me.

Actually, you made me think. Out of all Christians I know, only 2/3 are against homosexuality, both of them being on the internet, literally every other example of a Christian I've met or seen didn't mind, hell, the only reason Gravity Falls didn't have a LGBT thing was because countries like Russia wouldn't let them broadcast the show any longer
When I say no one agrees with me I mean that I would totally out off my religion to make someone happy for even a little while. I mull over if it's what I should be doing. In the end, though, if I am condemned to Hell then so be it. As long as I made someones Earth a Heaven.

While we're on the topic, I personally don't mind homosexual people. I'm a Christian, and while I do believe that homosexuality is a sin, I don't think that homosexual people are a "mistake" or whatever. We all sin, so, the way I see it, homosexual people aren't any worse than the rest of us. Heck, there are actually a few homosexual people who attend my church, and they're some of the nicest people there! It amazes me how some Christians call homosexual people "mistakes" or "evil." We all do wrong at some point or another, and I don't see how being homosexual is any worse. In any event, homosexuality is really closer to a temptation than an actual sin. Carrying out those homosexual desires is where the sin comes in. Kinda like how punching your sibling is wrong, but being tempted to do so isn't. Also, for the record, I'm all for LGBT rights.
Anyway, I didn't come here to force my beliefs on other people or anything like that. I'm just here to talk about Mewtwo and all that other good stuff! You all have your own beliefs, and that's great! I'm not going to disrespect you because of your religon or lack thereof. I'm merely throwing my hat in ring on the current topic.

It's a user by user basis generally. Permabans are rarely, if ever, given out. I think this year only one user has been permabanned under regular circumstances (ex. no need for an IP ban) and they had a long overdue history.
The only thing that is not on that basis is that 12 points in 6 months = 1 permapoint.
