And Nintendo could easily say no if they don't get what they want from Square; SE isn't gonna force them to put a character in a game they don't own.

Also, I don't see why the stats are being used as a point against Erdrick when we don't know how he'd actually play; he could use his sword and still be a zoner, using a multitude of other items and abilities.

He did, when SE straight up said "you can have any FF character" he went straight for Cloud.
And, that's absolutely true. At the end of the day it's Sakurai's final decision, he wouldn't include a character if he didn't want to include them.

I just get frustrated. I keep coming back to this thread thinking it will change and it just doesn't. I don't know why I come back here, but I guess it partially has to do with the Geno threads deadness. We shouldn't be fighting. We should be supporting eachother in the wake of what may be coming to smash. But I can't get my head out of the negativity.

None of the games listed attack any LGBT issue, if anything the Switch version of DQXI seems to support it.

As someone who needs Geno in the game, I don't think it's good to keep talking negatively about DQ. It's one thing to not like it, but it's another to keep jumping on people who like it and want a DQ character in Smash

what does LGBT have to do with this? I'm apart of LGBT but I don't scream about how the Composer is the Devil, He has TERRIBLE Terrible opinions but it's just that, an Opinion.
