Aight so if I get an extra 60 down the road I’ll get DQ11 for the Switch. And I’m definitely gettin Banjo Kazooie for the 360. It’s 15 bucks, I’d be a moron not to.

Like my dear friend Scoliosis Jones I like to play the games newcomers are from to get more familiar with them and maybe even get a new main. I wasn’t feeling K Rool last August, but in September I played the original DKC and come December I loved the big guy. I tried to do the same with Joker but, we already know how that went.

Right now I have this random urge to get older games. I’ve never played any Dragon Quest games, Chrono Trigger, or Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon (sorry Opossum ), but recent searches of local GameStop’s have helped me find Dragon Quest VIII on 3DS, Chrono Trigger DS, and Shadow Dragon DS.

If I have time and feel like spending money, I may run out and get them today. Not sure yet, but it’s a possibility.

I actually don't like Crash (I think he's a little annoying), but I suppose there are far worse options out there. Spyro would be better IMO.

As for the last character, I'd probably end the DLC with a Nintendo character just 'cause. Maybe someone popular like Dixie or BWD or a promotional character like a Gen 8 rep.

I honestly thought we were going to get either NES or SNES Tetris themes next but this is still cool.

I mean, when I say puzzle elements in my level, the "puzzles" I have are pretty basic - I just wanted a break between fighting enemies and making jumps
All while trying to make sure it coheres enough to the airship theme

Yeah that's probably tricky, especially with translated projects. Fan translators love to throw swears into the script.

Lol, back when Adventure Time released in Spain they made a dub so edgy that they had to censor the show due to how far they went with it.

The best example I remember is how on the Train Mistery Birthday episode they translated a scene where Finn shouted a word after getting an interrogation hijacked by the supposed killer as “I **** on my ****ing mother” but interrupted by the loud sound of the train’s engine and bell.

Thankfully they did an actual decent dub for Regular Show which gladly didn’t make that one censored.

If I was a VA, Almost all my roles would swear and my responce to people saying "_____ cusses to much!" would be "**** you" in said characters voice

It’d be so hilarious if the real reason Hero was added because DQ is designed by Akira Toriyama so it’s the closest people will ever get to Goku so they can shut up about him.

Also, now I’m actually curious how much salt Earthworm Jim would cause for not being Shantae/Rayman/Geno/Leon etc lol.

Or you know the real reason why the Hero was added is because its a popular series and largely influential, given that pretty much every JRPG on Smash including Pokemon were influenced by it.

EWJ is pretty much a character that at most people would react with apathy.
