There is nothing worse than listening to a theme you like after about a year and you notice a really irritating sound within it. Listening to FFXV's soundtrack for the first time in a while and you notice it so I've switched to other stuff.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also gotta say but this is really overtime for me after today. Anime mental scarring, meeting with friends, awkward smiles with a cashier, my Nintendo Direct radar on silent etc; If only days like this were more frequent. Yes guys this would be called "eventful" by me.

technically, no. We didn't gt an evolution to :222:, we got one for Galarian Corsola. The only cross-gen evo is technically Mr. Rime, as Regular Mime. Jr --> Galarian Mr. Mime ---> Mr. Rime.
Eh. I guess it doesn't matter really since I can make whatever decisions I want for my own region that I'm making with a friend.

The closest thing we got to new cross generation evolutions are the ones found in the 1997 Gold/Silver prototype that leaked a couple years ago.

@JDCabrera xD A question! Because I am always curious. Do you have a favorite AC character? xD I remember another friend of mine (also from Spain) is a hardcore Ezio fan, NSG I think told me he likes Altair, Connor and Arno? And another was fan of Edward, and you know, I am the odd one out loving the only Templar protagonist (I remember a post that said "There's no SHAYME in loving a Templar." xP I stand by it).

So had a dive into the Direct mini. Three things I realised.

1. Taiko RPGs is getting Demon Slayer OP. That automatically has my interest!

2. Puyo Puyo/Tetris I might get at some point. Looks fun.

3. Kingdom Hearts rhythm spinoff has some awesome cover art. It looks really fun to play.

Once again, Square Enix has made an amazing cover art for the series.

Man what a lot of mental work but I finally got two of my videos done. Had to keep going back on how to do my premises based on things in real life notably Labyrinthos Caves being today closed and sealed off. Never the less finally got it done. Here are Seasons 13 and 14 of Lost Tapes.

Well, if I can just vent and a bit with my sad news

My dog of 17 1/2 years passed away today via injection. She had slowly been getting worse and worse over the last few days and we finally got a vet to see her. They pretty much said there was nothing that could be done and there was only one option.

I held onto her as they put that needle in her IV and her heart slowly stopped beating.

.....I just hope she knows how much I loved her. She was one of my best friends, and the two of us had spent the better half of 2 decades through some insane ****.... I just.... I loved her.

I'm so sorry to hear that, but if it's any comfort to know that dog definitely loved you more than anything else in the world.

I'm sorry for your loss, Shroob...I've had many pets in my lifetime and losing them has always been painful....

It's not easy, but rest assured that she loved you just as much as you loved her. When you a form a bond with a pet, that bond never breaks, not even in their final moments. I'm certain she knows how much you loved her... Rest assured on that, at least...

You were there during her final moments, I can guarantee she knows how much you loved her. You gave her the best life you could offer and she’ll always live on in your heart. Take as much time as you need, I know how difficult this time feels.

That's real tough.

I wish you well in this time of grieving.

It's always hard to know what to say in these situations, but I want you to know that I know what you're going through right now. I vividly remember the death of one of my childhood pets and it was one of the worst things I ever felt.

I hope you make it through this alright.

That's the only downside to having pets.

How long they live and most of all the hardest part is having to say goodbye to them. It's probably because I'm an avid animal lover and more of a dog person then a people person but I connect more to and more empathic towards animals than I am of people. I wish dogs and cats could live as long as us. :(

So I was moving some boxes around and suddenly a mouse jumped out of one and fell on my hand, it didn't bite me or anything but I can't still feel it's little paws running and jumping off of me and I feel very u comfortable about it.

If there was a Sound Type in Pokémon... do you think it would actually be called Sound Type? Or would it be called something else like... Thunder type? Boom Type? Loud Type? Bang type?

I'm like 10% interested in that Rocky/Creed game. If only because it had a tiny bit of effort put in it and movie games are fairly rare, I kind of want to see how it'll turn out.

Sound is about as normal you can get. Anything related to sound-based attacks are staying Normal unless there’s a reason that’s extremely specifically and situational.

I’m sorry to hear about that, Shroob. Saying goodbye to a pet is extremely hard no matter how much you have been exposed to situations like that.

Back in 2007, I had to say goodbye to the dog I grew up with. By that time, she could barely standup on her own which was painful to watch because she was always such a strong dog. I remember hugging her back as a little kid and having her carry me around. She was a particularly large Newfoundland dog so she could do this easily. It was hard and I remember cradling her head in my lap as they put her to sleep. I’ve never seen my dad cry but he was bawling just as much as I was both during it and on the ride home. All the dogs I grew up with has since passed away but, of all of them, this one still hits me like a cinderblock. Or two. Or ten. Make that a hundred. It ****ing hurts.

Hoping all the best for you and your family. I can say with confidence that your dog knew how much you loved her and that gave her peace at the end.

My daughter turns three next month and we thought we could teach her about responsibility and being gentle. She is an animal lover like her parents which makes us really happy. She never hesitates to run up to someone walking a dog in order to pet the dog no matter its size and gets excited when seeing a stray cat. She even gets excited when she sees birds flying around and comments on how cute they are or something like that. So, we decided to bring home a hamster as an early birthday present. We named her Natsuko (a feminine name meaning “summer child”). Our daughter loves her a lot but I’m trying to be careful to not let my daughter accidentally step on her when we let her out the exercise.

After the kids went to bed, I cleaned out her house and such. Here she is. My wife snapped the picture.

I watched Rocky for the first time earlier this week so the announcement couldn't have been timed better for me.

My sound moves are Steel-type.

So, to break from the sadness (though not to undermine it), it's pretty much confirmed that there's a new Switch coming soon, so what are your hopes for the new console?
Mine are:

The Obvious:
Extra power.
4K support docked.
Bluetooth headset support.

Returning Features from Old Consoles:
Camera & microphone.
3D Screen.
Dual screen support (This one is actually apparently found in the current firmware. The ability to pair another Switch as a second screen.).
Analog Triggers (Why was this ever removed?)
Support for older Wii and Wii U controllers.
Digital backwards compatibility for Wii U and 3DS downloaded games. Perhaps even Wii and DS.
Web browser.
Virtual Console.

New Features:
A premium dock with external power to bring Switch games up to par with PS5 and XBSX. This would probably be a separate add-on peripheral, but it would make the Switch the undisputed best all-in-one console.
5G connectivity to allow Switch to be played online while on the go. Make it a new NSO subscription option.
Serious VR support (not Labo) using the Switch itself as the screen. Possibly even have the screen technically support 4K resolution just for this, but I don't expect non-VR games to run natively at 4K in handheld.
Facial recognition (if a camera is included).
Fingerprint scanner on Home Button.

My Personal Completely Unrealistic, but "Would Make this the Best Console of All-Time" Features:
An FPGA with official cores for all previous Nintendo consoles (up until Wii) so that emulation is perfect on a hardware level (Look up MiSTer if you don't know what I'm talking about.). Maybe even get licenses for other Retro console cores like Genesis, NEO-GEO, etc.
An upgradable dock that allows external GPUs and CPUs to make the Switch as scalable as PC.
Steam support (Steam treats the Switch as a PC with whatever specs the Switch has.).
