That's super easy, grits can get right on outta there. There was a problem fetching the tweet
It's pretty much grits for me, the last breakfast food that I would think about eating.
No more eggs. Eggs are an ingredient. You wouldn’t eat a bowl full of toasted flour. There was a problem fetching the tweet

Orange Juice, no questions

Terminate the grits. It's pretty much grits for me, the last breakfast food that I would think about eating.
I don’t feel like they would fit that well. They fit perfectly in a game like Brawlhalla, but Cross Tag, not so much. I’d love it if they just added crossover characters from a non-specific series. I think it’d be really cool to see a character like Yumeko from Kakegurui.Okay. I know I said it as a joke earlier... but now I kind of want to see Steven Universe characters in BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle.
Holy crap, an educated person! No more eggs. Eggs are an ingredient. You wouldn’t eat a bowl full of toasted flour.
Either eggs or orange juice. Eggs are just nasty in my opinion, and orange juice is easily beaten by apple juice. There was a problem fetching the tweet

Orange juice is the best, what are you talking about?!Orange Juice, no questions
The only one of these I can't stand
Wrong.Orange juice is the best, what are you talking about?!

Redesigning them would be even worse. I know the story is a lot like an anime, and it takes plenty of inspiration from it, but I just feel like it wouldn’t fit. I wasn’t saying Steven Universe is a cartoony show and that’s why it fits in Brawlhalla. I was saying they fit in Brawlhalla because it is literally a cartoon. They would stand out, and while you may think that’s a good thing, I honestly feel it would take away from what BlazBlue XTag has built up....
You do know they could be redrawn in an anime style if they had to be. And Steven Universe takes its action pretty seriously and has a lot of anime inspirations. But also, the idea of seeing characters that are just blatantly not anime in design in this game is part of the reason I want them.

Trying to "fix" an anime fighting game by adding American cartoon characters is so like you....

Take your idea and make it official. So what do I have to do to get my partners into S tier?
That's the first step of being Turkish.Either that or everyone switches to tea, I don't care.
I don’t think it would “fix” it. I don’t think it’s broken. I love Cross Tag. I just made connections between two things I like and thought they would work well together.Trying to "fix" an anime fighting game by adding American characters is so like you.
What’s wrong with redesigning them? I’m not talking turning Dante to Don’t-e, I’m talking about like what they did with Shovel Knight, Isaac, and Quote in Blade Strangers. And I think that just based on what the show is and how the characters fight, they fit very well.Redesigning them would be even worse. RWBY designs fits the other series in Crosstag Battle. Steven Universe? Not so much.I don’t think it would “fix” it. I don’t think it’s broken. I love Cross Tag. I just made connections between two things I like and thought they would work well together.
Also, you do know RWBY is an American series, right?
Because then it’s no longer Steven Universe. Those characters imo were changed in Blade Strangers because they were all simple in design. That’s just them interpreting them so they can fit, and it works. But Steven Universe has an established style. And changing that wouldn’t exactly be the best idea. What’s wrong with redesigning them? Again. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with cross tag battle or what it is. I just saw a connection between two things I like and thought they would work well together. There is nothing wrong with who’s there already. I just thought it would be cool is all.RWBY designs fits the other series in Crosstag Battle. Steven Universe? Not so much.
It's like adding Hello Kitty to Mortal Kombat because you think it has too many gritty, realistic humans.
Why though? Because it’s different? I’m not saying that it would be the new permanent style of the show. Just something they did for this one game to make them fit in with the rest of the cast better.Because then it’s no longer Steven Universe. Yes, because it’s different. If something has an established style then that style shouldn’t be tampered with just to make it fit in with a game which it doesn’t.Why though? Because it’s different? I do like drinking Apple juice more than Orange juice, but I think both drinks are top quality. Plus, they're deliciously nutrious!I mean I don't even like oranges in the first place
Apple Juice is easily best juice
Ok. That just feels very closed minded to me. My first crossover was the Jimmy/Timmy Power Hour so the idea of characters being translated from one art style to the next for a crossover is just normal to me. In fact, I think it’s cool.Yes, because it’s different. If something has an established style then that style shouldn’t be tampered with just to make it fit in with a game which it doesn’t.
I don’t like this general assumption that western cartoon characters have to be in Smash clones. They work perfectly in traditional fighting games anyway.Broke: Putting Steven Universe characters in an Anime fighting game
Wok: Make a Steven Universe (platform) fighter.
It's not anything like that, I just don't want a SU fighting game to be a traditional fighting game, because that leads to command inputs and I suck at those.I don’t like this general assumption that western cartoon characters have to be in Smash clones. I should just stop. I didn't want this to become a fight. I was just sharing what I thought was a cool idea.

Fair enough. I just feel that Steven Universe has an established style on another level. It keeps the style in other games, and also takes great pride in its art style. I do remember a few times where they poked fun at the art style, iirc. It would just feel strange for them to change it up.Ok. That just feels very closed minded to me. My first crossover was the Jimmy/Timmy Power Hour so the idea of characters being translated from one art style to the next for a crossover is just normal to me. In fact, I think it’s cool.
And I still think they do fit the game. Discounting everything else about them that makes them fit just because of something as surface level as a design is just silly to me. And Both incredibly and unnecessarily restrictive on the developers.
These are always quite easy for vegetarians if I ignore the stuff I already don't eat due to that I'd have to agree about grits though. There was a problem fetching the tweet
