NSMB was good but it put the Mario series on track to having generic everything and that puts a sour taste in my mouth.

The first one definitely did not. It was Wii onwards that made everything kinda generic.

That's kinda why I want a remake, because that game had so many cool ideas that just straight up went unused after that game.

People tend to overexaggerated how bad the President really is. He's not perfect but it's not like he's completely bad either. There's good and bad to every president.

For example a lot of people assume that he didn't send supplies to the island I live on after hurricane Maria, that he didn't help at all.

Truth is he actually DID send supplies, but pur local government stashed it all for their own personal use and didn't distribute it to us and then officially told everyone outside the island that he never sent everything in an attempt to make him look worse than he already did.

None of this was actually discovered until like a year or two after the fact when said supplies were actually found.

But I guess that's none of my business, Puerto Ricans aren't allowed to vote in elections anyway.

NSMB Wii's final boss was actually pretty genius and hype.

And then literally every game after that copied the exact same plot twist except made it worse somehow.

The final boss theme slaps though.

I feel like 3D Land did a pretty good job with the similar idea of platforming to avoid Bowser and made it feel interesting with its platforming challenges.

3D world is probably the best of the generic Mario games from the 2010's. Because it replaced one of the Toads with Peach and added Rosalina.
