They added the Team Rocket Balloon to Pokémon Go. It’s not Meowth themed b it we are getting Jessie and James in GO soon it seems.

Kirby lore only became partly coherent with the newer games, from Triple Deluxe-onwards. There wasn't really much of a lore before that, besides the Dark Matter stuff.

But yeah, it's nothing all that special. The majority of talk about Kirby lore is people just going "Haha Kirby eldritch monster" and so on and so forth, regardless of whether or not that's true.

It's weird to me how American Kirby box art was mocked for trying to make Kirby seem edgy, then Kirby lore discussion does the same thing.

So... I just noticed that Yooka-Laylee got an update. Wonder what that means.

Also, I threw my arm out playing Punch-Out Wii. The fame is really fun! But man is it tiering.

So I can't sleep. Great. So a random rant to help tire me a bit. Want to try dashes this once.

The main reason why I'm so damn moody is because I can't get a routine. Doesn't help that when you're autistic and can't get into routine because of your household.
Can't sleep at night. My brother is on his Xbox talking to his successor of a brother (my American cousin) every night and he doesn't stop talking until 6am at least. And he still doesn't talk to me because I went to get a coke during quarantine 6 weeks ago. Maybe I could try during the day? Nope. My neighbour's Shih Tzus that never stop barking. Being the type of neighbourhood my house would get egged if I complain to the council.

I mean you know I might be the type of person who is a rarity. Keep using technology until a certain point, move to a less developed country for a while and try and live on less stuff. Get rid of attachment to objects. Knowing how my life has been like, wouldn't be surprised if it took a twist like that. Had this obsession about the most content human then realised it's up to make the most of mine and stop comparing.

Do any of you guys go out for a walk, say to a market (pre-pandemic) and have this realisation that you are doing the same things as other people in different cultures across thousands of years?
Like man, I had that near divine revelation back in January. Was walking through a farmer's market and realised that you strip it down to the base, I'm doing the same thing as someone my age in Ancient Sumeria. I go, I buy, I eat and I relax. It's gets you thinking and makes you wonder why people do certain things.

Looking forward to playing DKC1 on the Switch! I got the game for the Wii Virtual Console when that was still an option, but I'm stuck on Blackout Basement. (can't get the timing right with the swinging ropes - they move too quickly, especially considering that they disappear from sight every second or two) Hopefully the rewind feature will help with getting past that. (I also had the game on the SNES, but my cousins had beaten the whole thing, which gave me less motivation to play through it when I could jump to the final boss)

If I may ask, why would your brother not want to talk to you because you went out to get a coke during quarantine? I mean I get it, quarantine, but still, that's a little bit overreactive in my viewpoint. Not being able to get good sleep does suck. I wish I could say something help but considering the situation you described, I can't say much. If you have headphones, put them on and listen to relaxing music while sleeping.

Comparing yourself is one of the worst things you can do to yourself and this is something that to this day I continue to do and really screws my life over. Never ever compare yourself to others, it will just make you feel all the worse for it. Focus on yourself and yourself alone. Do take time occasionally for your friends and family, but you are your number one priority.

I though the reason it wasn't on Switch online was brcause they were going to do a Crash-style remake of the trilogy... guess not.

I use headphones but I get headaches from it. It's the lesser of evils and I've taken the advice of Hat N' Clogs Hat N' Clogs there to drink something sleepy.
As for why my brother hates it, it's his personality. He's got high standards. Like really, really unhealthily high standards. If you aren't one of about three people who is on his list of "regarded people" he will criticise you for everything. His best friend, my youngest brother and my American cousin are the three..

Oh and if you live with him or extended family he will lecture you for hours. Last time though he went way over the line and insulted my friends and interests. I told him I don't care and it triggered him. And trying to talk to him is like a Korean Minefield; you say anything that he deems cringe he will make throwing up noises and rant about that.

I just said random bull that I can't remember to get him out of my room. If my brother wanted me to act "normal" then he really bottled it. And the pushing point was me going to get a coke. No wonder why I'm insecure. I've told this story to my friends like @JDCabrera , R Rangez and co. Also to medical professionals and my IRL friends. I'm the one in the right for going out.

Even to the shop is good for your mental health.

Your brother seems like a very unpleasant person to be around. If trying to talk to him is that hard, then honestly, his loss. He's the one missing out on conversations that he can use to learn from and better himself. Until he gets his act together, the best thing you can do is to just ignore him because he sounds like the type of person who hates being ignored or when things don't go his way. The more you ignore him, the less he'll try to talk to you unless he gets his act together and if he doesn't, it's all on him and it's his problem, not yours. Because you tried, he hasn't. The ball is in his field, it's now his turn to make a move.

If we were to get another Rare character, not a Microsoft character, a Rare character, it should be Rash or Zitz from Battletoads. That IP is iconic to the NES after all.

Ok. So like... what characters do you think will come next in SFV? Makoto is easily the most popular character in the canon not in the game. And then there are some other 3/alpha era characters it would be interesting to see like Eagle, Necro, Ingrid, and Remy. It would be great to see Retsu get added. Sawada would be interesting, especially since we don’t have Fei Long. And there’s always potential guest characters like Heihachi, Terry Bogard, Scorpion, Tifa Lockheart, or Pepsiman.

I think Oro is very likely, Makoto as well. Sodom would be pretty cool as well Batsu from Rival Schools. If Batsu doesn't count as a guest fighter (Rival Schools and Street Fighter take place in the same universe or at least it's heavily implied that they do) then someone like Terry would be a cool guest.

I say they’re not a guest if they live in the same universe.

God I wish they were adding more then just 5 more. But the odds of a Season 6 are so low that they might actually be in negative numbers.

He's a perfect example of a person who needs to realise that for some people, it's best to get them to do their own thing and be with it. I'm in my early 20's and still have issues with diet and some hygiene but he thought pursuit mode aggressiveness would work. It didn't.
I chose my friends over him in terms of ideals to follow. And it's funny. He's insecure but calls himself "God's Gift".
Oh and the way he really hates anime. I said a while back "There will be better days behind me and better days ahead." Normal thing to say right?
For him his reaction was "Don't give me that anime cringe ****!"

I still blame him for things that he will never deny on. I'm super sensitive with my senses and some stuff I can never control. Blasting music in the car is the worst thing you can do to me otherwise I have a panic attack. I snapped my phone in half because he kept turning it up louder and louder, sensory overload happened and I broke my phone a year and a half ago. They were like "hurr you need a therapist". Like **** for brains at the time I had two.

Maybe it's the panic of next week when it's next I will be in a car since then is when I'm throwing this all out and I'm anxious about it.

I'm choosing to believe the only reason they are localizing the Persona 5 anime so late is too shut up westerners who are harassing Atlus into giving them a switch port.

He himself could use a therapist, Good Will Hunting-style, because for him to be arrogant to the point to call himself "God's Gift", he's got to have SOME kind of insecurity and self-worth problem. That or his ego is just out of control. Someone in your family needs to take him off his high horse and slap some sense into him.
