I thought it was finally gone! My writers block. I had ideas and an script in my head to write one of my Lost Tapes episode ideas into an fanfic but now it had returned. God ******* dammit! Damn you writers block! Argh! :mad:

So the new Pokémon Masters update was datamined and they are adding a very surprising character to the game:
Jessie and Arbok are coming and are free!

The focus of this episode would had been on the Short-faced bear titled Mega Bear, the premise being an divorced father taking his children on an camping trip in the Yukon only to find themselves being hunted and terrorized by an prehistoric bear long thought to be extinct.

The ending being the father deciding to sacrifice himself (Wielding an camp knife) and fight the bear after finding a place to hide his son and daughter telling them to stay where they are despite their pleas to him not to go, as he goes to face the bear, his children hears him scream at it to take him on, a brief fight is heard soon following the cries of agony and pain from the father as the bear proceeds to kill him off-screen.

The epilogue goes on to reveal when he and his children had never returned from their camping trip that an search party was put in place eventually finding the children who are clearly traumatized and brought back to their mother and though his body was never found aside from blood on the ground, the fathers cause of death being listed as an grizzly bear attack with the search for the bear but it was nowhere to be found afterwards.

Depressing and dark I know but since when is majority of Lost Tapes ain't?

Twintelle would be one, but Min Min beat her to the punch. The Octolings are darker skin in the official artwork, if Shantae counts, then her as well (though I think she's more middle eastern). There's some cool characters like Barrett and Rodin, but they probably wouldn't make it in over say Tifa and Jeanne (it's be cool though). I would be down for Tetra, but her chance sailed.

Seeing as Rodin was picked for the assist trophy and not Jeanne, maybe he could have had a shot? Based on his playable appearance in Bayo 2 he could probably work as an echo.

I actually had an idea for at least one of the Octoling’s alts to just straight up be Marina.

Even though he was like my 3rd choice, I'm not sure if I want to even imagine the world where we got Ninjara instead.

Japan would be going nuts, while everyone else would probably be very... confused lol

I hate to say it but Tetra is also not really a person of color but actually a white girl with a serious case of exaggerated anime tan, since she spends so much time at sea.

That's why her skin changes color when she "transforms" into Zelda.

I get why you think so, but I'm not giving up on her just yet.

If anything I'm more hopeful than ever since we know for a fact that spirits ain't an obstacle. It doesn't directly increase her chances obviously, but it gets rid of one thing that some may have seen as a obstacle in her path.

You know I thought GameFAQs was bad then I saw them.

After seeing their celebration of one scene change in Persona and treating it like the second coming has finally happened, I confused as hell.

A different brand of toxic but still toxic like GameFAQs.

Well, there are different groups of people who want different things. I'll tell ya, Smashboards speculation board threads have wildly different tastes/desires from each other.

That's not the point of what I was saying, and why I'm agreeing with Rangez.

The point is that the people who are doing so are throwing Sakurai's hard work back in his face. You can have different taste without being toxic, but those sections of the web seem to thrive on being toxic.

Normally I would be jumping around the house from the hype regarding the news about a TWEWY anime (which I had to find out without nobody even at Discord tagging me about it but at this point I don't ****ing care anymore because I'm doomed to be remembered as a crap person)

Sadly my parents have ****ed me up mentally so much that I can't feel any kind of joy anymore without having fear of starting any argument with them.

I care about racial diversity but I don't think Smash Brothers is a game we should expect it from. It's a crossover game that's going to be naturally reflective of the industry, and they'd have to bend over backwards to do so. Imagine refusing to add Cloud or Ryu, two of the biggest gaming icons ever, because there was already a lot of white or east asian representation. This is further confounded by how a lot of characters in smash are animals, monsters or aliens who don't look human to begin with.

There just sadly isn't a lot of racial or gender diversity in major video game icons to begin with. I don't think it's really fair to expect Smash's roster to be something more then what it's representing.

Gotta admit I'm likely taking all of this the wrong way and that I'm probably going too harsh on this server.

With my mind so ****ed up at this point I just don't seem to find any kind of way to gain back my sanity from some weeks ago.

I just found out today that there's a fan remake/reimagining of Rayman 1. Will definitely check it out later. It also reminds me that I really need to get back to Rayman 2.

On that note, I also still have a backlog of games to play, like Nights, Sakura Taisen 1 (Saturn) and Sakura Wars (PS4) among other things, but those are the main three. If only it wasn't for this heatwave.

Lamperouge Lamperouge I did it, I beated the Avalanche Abyssay on like my second try.

I want to say I beated every single UM in the game, but that one Affinity Coin that I still don't know who it belong prove the contrary, but hey, at the very least, I beated every Superbosses atleast once. (In fact, beside Abyssay, I beated every other atleast 3 times, with Final Marcus have the highest number of death)

It was a pretty crazy of a fight, especially since other monsters went into the mix, but let me know if you need helps or somethin', since last time you said you had problems, if I remember correctly.
