Super Paper Mario is such a fantastic game. Even if The Thousand-Year Door is my personal favorite of the series, I'll always come to Super's defense. It doesn't deserve to be grouped with Sticker Star and Color Splash as one of the "bad" Paper Mario games.

So guys.

Is it just me or does it feel the forum hasn't really been as busy this week? Like in the midst of hustle and bustle and constant. See a few members haven't been on really.
No one seems as enthusiastic on it.
Or maybe me having not left the house in almost two weeks has messed up my sense of time.

Seems that way considering we've been discussing food opinions for two days

Well first of all there’s kind’ve a pandemic going on, and second of all we’re probably not getting any gaming news for two months. Things’ll be quiet for a while, I bet.

I know that dude. Hard to keep yourself entertained for a while.

And I do think we'll be getting somewhatish news for the next two months but nothing E3-level type thing.
Really wish I could hibernate through this pandemic.

Well I’m purely a Nintendo guy, and we know for a fact there’ll be a direct in June that has to have info on upcoming Nintendo first party games, so I’m set. But for the other guys, I dunno what they’ll bring.

:sadsheep: I'm really sorry, NSG. We all wish the current stuff was not happening. :drsad:
Yeah, it's just a shame because I had stuff planned with my girlfriend and that stuff got cancelled so we were just going to hang out with my mom since her birthday is the 7th but now that's not even happening because we're legit stuck inside now.:drsad:

I would. Ain't got nothing better to do and I'm sure they'd be intriguing at least.

:C Aw. Yet again, I am so sorry. Though...when everything hopefully comes back to normal and everyone is safe, maybe you could re-take the idea, right? Better late than never?

That won't oversaturate the market at all.
Eh, they kind of already have. When it got to the point of Marvel having 3 films in one year, not to mention DC's output, the Superhero sub-genre is mad stacked.

As far as I'm concerned, Spider-Verse 2 is the only one that matters and maaaaaaaaaybe Morbius. And I'm not even sure if the former will be as lightning in a bottle as the first, but hey, if Spider-Man 2099 is in it properly, I'd be down.

First Don't Go In the Water and now I just found out Vogt-Roberts, director of Kong: Skull Island will be doing an monster film set in Detroit, his birth city.

Can't wait!

Plus he's doing an Metal Gear Solid film. I like action pack films and given how much I loved Kong: Skull Island, I'll definitely give that a look too.
Playing the first Pajama Sam game.

Put him in Smash, please.
Aw man I remember all the times I used to play that with my brother when we were kids. Good times. ^_^

I've been so bored of late that I started writing a roster of characters for a what if scenario of Nintendo having just as much presence in a X zone title as the other 3 companies.
Pair units:

Claude and Dimitri

Samus and Captain falcon

Rex and Pyra

Pit and Valkirye

Solo units:

Dark Pit

Isaac

Tsubasa

Zelda

I imagine Dark Pit being like Heihachi and Segata where they are introduced as boss characters but when you beat them they properly join the party.

Isaac is there because X zone tend to have retro niche characters as solo units and Tsubasa is there because she's both a Nintendo character and a Sega character so it fits.

I'm thinking members are trying to find other things to do to pass up the time, that and we've pretty much speculated everything regarding the ARMS rep.

Zangeki no Reginleiv: Frey and Freya
Xenoblade Chronicles: Rex & Pyra, Nia & Dromarch,
ARMS: Spring Man and Ribbon Girl

Solo Units

Metroid: Samus Aran
Punch Out: Little Mac (uses Doc Louis to communicate)
Kid Icarus: Magnus, Phosphora
The Mysterious Murasame Castle: Takamaru
Advance Wars: Andy
F-Zero: Captain Falcon
Fire Emblem: Marth, Ike, Tiki, Lyn
Custom Robo: Ray MK III
Captain Rainbow: Captain Rainbow
