Among the trailers in Ultimate, I would say the Castlevania one is my favorite because of how it was produced. The dark gloomy setting and the introductions of Simon & Richter.

From a "i'm so happy to see this character in Smash" perspective, it would be Banjo's trailer. I grew up playing the Banjo games and seeing him in game was almost like I was in a dream-like state (trust me i've had my fair share of Smash dreams before lol). I had this big, dumb smile on my face throughout the whole trailer. Prob the happiest i've been seeing a character reveal sans maybe K. Rool.

It's a lot more easier for people to do that online than in person. That's definitely sad.

I almost feel like making a list of all the people who're bashing Sword and Shield and it's supporters just so I can call them out when November rolls around and they're waiting for Amazon to mail them their copy.

Yep, it looks like they put a bit of effort into this one, more so than Ultra Sun and Moon, and it shows. And it's not like they can't fix the whole transferring issue, and unlike the 3DS, they're not limited with patches.

The game itself looks great, and I’d bet money they’re gonna fixes the transfer issue with patches!

But until there’s verbal confirmation people are gonna freak out, it’s gettin real annoying.

Yea, I’ve said before that it’s a horrible decision, and I still hold that it is, but I’ve never done transferring myself so I’m sure I’ll still enjoy it, plus of the new Pokémon they’ve shown I really like several of them, Dreadnaw, Corviknight, and especially Impidimp look awesome, I would honestly love impidimp in smash

I unsubscribed from the Pokemon subreddit the other day. I'll probably join again when things calm down but I can't stand the atmosphere there right now.

I've been quite about it but I like Impidimp to, if only because it reminds me of Sableye.

I've already started the support thread for Zacian and Zamazenta, if that's any indication who my favorites are.

Aside from them though, Corviknight ard Scorbunny the only other Pokémon I could call a favorite.

So, what are your guy's favorite Pokemon types?

For me, I'm Water Gang for life, but I also love Ghosts and Fairies as well. I am also fond of Dark types, and pretty much every Bug type from Gen 5.

Poison. Love the designs and how unorthodox the typing is in the context of a RPG element. Poison Jab, Sludge, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, and Poison Fang are fun to use. Would definitely be a poison-type gym leader.

I am also quite into water, rock, electric, flying, ground, and bug types.

Dark, Steel, Electric, Dragon, Fire and Ghost. Probably in that order. Perhaps Bug at this point too.

...Gee, this place has felt a lot more empty recently.

I took a good listen to "Final Battle" in Banjo and Kazooie and mmm...
Fantastic. Put this in Smash, please.

Banjo Kazooie's final boss battle is pretty much mandatory in my eyes. It's one of the most recognizable themes in the known universe.

God. I am soooo close to unlocking all the spirits and music. There are like, 12 music Tracks left and around 23 spirits. I have ALL the Fighter spirits, so tracks and normal spirits are the only things that can appear in the store. So I just have to grind out a bunch of matches to get enough coins to buy the last tracks.

The only problem is that the spirits board has stopped putting out spirits I don’t already have in my gallery and I’m out of shuffle items. So I just have to wait for them to pop up. Which isn’t very fun imo.

Fire's my go-to. Always pick it for a Starter.

But Water, Fighting, Flying and Electric are good too, so I try to have other team members with those types.
