I realize I'm the last person who cares, but you know what would be more than convenient and completely incredible? If this list was updated and I was on it.
If not I suppose I'll try for the Brawl rankings (yes, I will try for Brawl rankings if these lose meaning). Despite my belief that Brawl is inferior to Melee in some key regards, I'll follow wherever the competition leads me.

I think this is a good list if we're talking about the list as it was at the very end of UCLA 5. I think that would be good. If we're talking about now, you'd have to create a new list, but I think it's best to a "pre brawl's release" list up. 'Cuz right now, I wouldn't even deserve to be on that list, nor 90% fo the people on there prob..hehe.
