there's almost no 14th or 15th place since the people that could fit are inactive. There's like 6-7 people i can think of that would fit if they only played

I think there are quite a few active unranked players actually (according to the criteria on pg.1 of what it means to be active). It just comes down to looking at performance. imo this is where that increase in competition/player activity comes in.

tbh, I would just say "we can wait a while until the rankings are easier to make", but people like Alex19(who have proved top 10 status easy within his last 3 or so tournaments) make the rankings look janky. lol Kinda the same with Lovage who I think should have been at least #5 a while ago.
