Caffeine will make you more alert and awake, but it's going to slow your reaction time down.

Also, if you drink caffeine a lot don't go off it right away unless you want to have headaches all day haha. When you drink a lot of caffeine you get used to a certain amount of oxygen flowing into your head. So since caffeine restricts the oxygen when you stop drinking it after awhile you will get headaches cause your brain isn't used to having that much oxygen.

I don't understand how impairing your reaction time will improve your gameplay.

I recently stopped drinking caffeine on tournament days because it constricts the flow of oxygen to your brain and considerably lowers your reaction time.

I don't smoke anything, been a runner my whole life and the thought of smoke going into my lungs doesn't really appeal to me. I do drink socially, but I dislike the feeling of being drunk.

nah. HS was bomb, I enjoyed it a lot.
i'm sure i have the most odd version of college right now. it's a community college. and i have classes on different campuses. so I get up at 8 every day. drive minimum of 30 minutes one way. then go home after class. varies from 10:20-12:50. depending on the class.
but wednesday i have 3 classes, one is on a different campus. luckily it on my way home. and that class is from 7:00-9:50 >.> Man i love college xD

i don't have any trouble remembering what happened the night before. i think you've been gravely misinformed about alcohol and its effect on the body. did you know if you eat a lot of starch before drinking you won't feel the effects as much? you can technically have a burger and fries, and a couple beers and still be fine to drive due to how the chemicals mix. really, education these days....

on another note, i think i might have symptoms of swine flu... but, i'm not willing to say that i'm 100% sure on that yet. i'll check how i feel tomorrow. if i do have the flu then i will most likely be on a lot more as i won't be going to any of my classes.
