We're looking into a couple of other venues--or, we're thinking about looking into a couple of other venues--but there is almost no chance of a 2-day thing.

No, I'm not bringing a setup for a tournament I'm not entering. But I'll help run things, and you'll be so happy to have my experience around that you won't mind that I didn't bring a setup.
If the list is intended to give you guys an idea of how many entrants to expect, putting me on it doesn't seem like the way to go.

actually, can you make the "preregister" word easier to see, i.e. larger and a brighter color, and then write that when preregistering people should say whether they are bringing a setup or not....then ill be happy
