Same rules as Melee for counterpicking and general rules except:
- 3 Stock
- Cannot ban neutral stages

IMO for brawl rules. Give ATLEAST 2 stage bans. What XESTICLE did which worked awesome was you may ban up to one neutral and 2 counterpicks. With this, you can also be a lil leniant on what stages are legal for counterpicks. This way if your scared of gettin' chaingrabbed, then u can ban the appropriate stages.

--It is very different, but EX2 is a pretty solid game. Granted there is cheese to it but its still a better tournament game than GNT4 where everyone plays OTK, Kisame, or Temari.

The reason the community turned their backs on EX series is because of EX1. It was so bad that even BB wasn't a safe string...

The only three neutral should be FD, BF, and Smashville.

The non flat main stage for the other levels obliterates auto cancels, ruining any character that has any sort of lag on their moves.

If all fails, I've mentioned there are plenty of places to crash at Duquesne University/CMU(where we will be holding a smashfest on Friday), which is about 20-30 mins away from the tournament venue.
