i feel like newer controllers are heavier, like they have more hardware and **** inside. ive got my trusty 3 year old jet black.. cant needle turn without it

they actually modified them twice already the second modification has less screws and the triggers press more smoothly. This modification will probly be the second one, since this mod was the most recent, if not I doubt that they would make it so that I can't do as I please. the second modifcation made it easier to take apart etc.
I actually can't imagine how they would mod it to be anymore efficient, case wise. The new build is light on screws and is more intuitive. I hope that they dont mess it up.
