I just posted to say Brawl sucks... actually your comment really makes no sense, since MK isn't top tier because be feels like Melee (MK is top tier = Really fast and can combo, Really fast and can combo = feels like Melee, MK is top tier =/= feels like Melee, transitive property doesn't work here). And the only thing Roy has in common with Brawl is that he doesn't have hitstun. However, Roy's d-tilt has more hitstun than all of the hitstun in every move in Brawl combined into one move.
