Voted Shiek. While I love the Tiki addition Kururin and Tempo I have no idea who they are. And that really bugged me. Not to mention also that you are the only one who has Pac-Man (most hated newcomer possibility) who if he ends up being in with Mii (2nd) and Chrom (3rd) would cause me not to buy this game. Oh by the way @ LoneKonWolf it looks like you forgot to put Angelglory's roster in the roster spoiler

Hmm... I'm trying to decide between a few but I'm leaning a bit towards ZombiePig
But they do have certain things I agree with that nobody else has (like 4 FE characters)
Sylveon stands out, and is a bit awkward as Eevee is the iconic Eevee of the Eevees... but Sylveon is the face of the new Fairy type, and Sylveon's popularity is basically equal to Gardevoir's from what I've seen... but Greninja is the best Gen 6 Rep IMO, so I'm not sure how I feel about that addition...
Medusa is a plus in my eyes, and the Zelda choices are both risky and make sense.

I may have to just not vote again for this round, I'm not good at making choices

Voted for Angelglory due to representing the least Zelda games (only representing Twilight Princess and Majora's Mask), and also due to the fact that he has no fourth gen Pokémon rep on his roster, Monferno can easily take Combusken's place.

Voted for SunnyDust. Zelda has such a wide cast of characters, and it's a shame to see it only have 4 characters at this point, especially with one of them having only one appearance. And while I like both characters, having both of the bike characters is strange, in my opinion.

Last round was a regular 5 character round.
And this round, we're not allowed to add any veterans. Therefore, everybody has 5 or more veterans cut.
I doubt there are any anti-IC groups around here

I don't know who to vote... no roster sticks out as the definite worst, but no one is close to being perfect... I guess I won't vote this round.

The reason I don't have Ice Climbers is because they're not more important than any other retro and as such can easily be replaced with any other retro character without having something important missing from the roster. Plus I have lots of retros already.

The reason is:
We currently are stuck with needing to have cuts and there are higher priorities than an obscure mallet team with one game decades ago.
They're the only retro addition that has neither had their series revived or been a significant part of Nintendo's history.
So when you need to choose 10 veterans to be replaced, they're an easy pick. And so are other characters that weren't popular until they got in Smash, and clone characters. (Toon Link, Jigglypuff, and ROB were easy cuts too)

But when we have a chance to add those veterans back, we will.

Many of us lack certain guys like IC and R.O.B. due to a rule that we had to cut ten vets about two rounds ago. We were only able to bring so many of them back. I left out IC due to me having Donbe and Hikari.

And as I thought last round. It appears that @ Smasher 101 is the biggest threat. I used to think Angelglory but I changed that a few rounds back.

no, if it wasn't on your roster at the time the rule was establish, then he can't be added,
basically any veteran that's currently on your roster is all the veterans you get for the mean time

This roster will probably be changed up a bit, I just wanted to post my current ideas as soon as I could.

Cuts: Ashley and Mallo
...For no legitimate reason, honestly

(before I go on to the newcomers, I added Wolf Link and Midna as a transformation for Link because I thought it looked awkward for the other 2 of Zelda's main 3 to have a transformation yet have him alone)
New:
Bowser Jr- no explanation needed
Captain Syrup- For representation, she's Wario's villain, and is a WarioLand representative, where Wario and others like Ashley and Mona represent WarioWare only. She's pretty cool.
Twinrova- Another female villain. She is technically more recurring than Ganondorf, Vaati, and Skull Kid. She has been in 4 games. And is extremely unique with her fire and ice abilities, and being able to split into Kotake and Koume.
Tiki- The most recurring playable character in Fire Emblem that's a viable character. She has been playable in 5 games. The reason I add the part about being a viable character, is that the Pegasus sisters have been in 6 games, but can any of us picture a playable trio of full-sized, realistic characters on pegasi fighting as one character? None is more important than the other. So Tiki is the best pick, by being more popular, more unique as a Manakete, and important in Awakening AND it's DLC.
Zoroark- I have a major Pokemon for every gen except 2 and 5. So here's 5. Plus popular.
Wonder Red- new IP represent yes pls
Ayumi- A strange retro choice, but an amazing one, being so different from every previous choice, and a moveset from a detective game seems appealing. She'd be appealing to a lot of Japanese gamers, I'm willing to bet.

No Cuts. I'm gonna hold on to Sylveon for as long as I can. One of the few characters on my roster that others don't have.
Added:
Captain Syrup: I thought it was time for a second Wario rep, and as Wario pulls off the WarioWare feel, Captain Syrup showcases the Wario Land side of things.
Rhythm Girl: My version of Roster Maker doesn't have the Choir Kids or Marshall, but I don't think it's a huge deal. I chose Rhythm Girl because her art style best matches the feel of the series, in my opinion.
Sanic: Yay Third Parties!
Mega Man: Woohoo!
Banjo & Kazooie: Risk time! I got a vote last round for taking little risks with my rosters. I wanted another character unique to my roster, and I settled and Banjo and Kazooie. Considered Geno, almost went with Sukapon, but I wasn't feeling it. It's certainly a tough call, considering the state of Rare at the moment, but given their history with Nintendo, I feel it's a fair choice.

Cuts: None, but Prince Sable was considered.
Dark Samus: I felt that it was a good time to add her. I wanted Metriod at three at this point.
King Hippo: I think that since Punch Out was mandatory at 15, that we needed two characters at 70, and he's the best choice.
Tiki: I really really wanted Micaiah, but since I don't have Ike, I thought Tiki was the best pick.
Ayumi: Remember when I got Donbe and Hikari? Well Ayumi was planned for the next round, but I ended up waiting until now. She's the 1st party version of Phoenix Wright or Layton.
Mallo: Another newer IP. Felt like I could use it.

Well, from my other roster, I took off Twinrova, Wolf Link/Midna, and Bowser Jr (these aren't cuts, it was this round)
I had planned to remove the first 2 anyways right as I posted the old roster, but I decided 7 slots was too much even for Mario, so maybe next time if I make it.
And I added back Mallo. I think he's a good pick. I think Ashley is a good pick too, I just prefer Captain Syrup by a little bit, for WarioLand representation and being a villain.

I'm going to go figure out why I only have 5...

Ganon: I mentioned a couple of rounds ago I didn't like the Ganon/Dorf idea, and Zelda already has a transformation character, so we're back to just the Dorf.

Skull Kid: I wanted Zelda at six now. Even though I prefer Tetra, I decided three different versions of Zelda was overkill.

Edit #2: revised roster

Alright, so I'm taking big risks this round. In addition to Captain Syrup, Rhythm Heaven Girl, Mega Man and Banjo & Kazooie, I'm adding Doshin the Giant. Oboy. he could make for a very unique character with the villages. Since there aren't any other characters from his series to compare him to, his size won't be as major of an issue.

As much as I think Doshin the Giant, Tetra, and Sylveon are good risks/ positive additions.

I don't see why Rhythm Girl is the best Rhythm Heaven rep, and I don't think Mega Man and Banjo before Sonic is justifiable.

Ugh. This round was tough for me to make a choice, but I ended up going with SunnyDust. This is because of several things I will list below.

• MONA AS SECOND WARIO REP - Mona, as important to the series as she is, isn't as interesting a character as Ashley or Captain Syrup or even Jimmy T! I'm cool with her, just after Ashley and Captain Syrup (and I'm sure we won't reach the point where Wario needs three).
• DEVIL WITHOUT TAMAGON - All I can say is...seriously??
• EXCITEBIKER AND MACH RIDER TOGETHER - These two characters would be very unique on their own, and you are kind of limiting their uniqueness of they are both present.
