Well, I enjoyed playing while it lasted. I'm glad I made it quite far into the game since I didn't necessarily think I would at first.
With that said, I'm not certain I will participate again in the future, for a couple of reasons mainly related to time and commitment, and I'd prefer leaving a spot to someone else. But I'll continue to keep track of the contest.

Understandable. I've been quite venomous about him in the past. I do see his importance overall though as slightly outweighing that of Rosalina so I swallowed my pride this time.

I don't really have a fair round 3 judgment prepared. Let's pick something arbitrary at random like the Smash community sometimes does;

This was a tough round. It was between YoshiandToad and SmasherMaster. I decided to vote for YoshiandToad due to some strange character choices.

Voted for SmasherMaster. Like ThatwasPeachy said, his uniques just don't seem as interesting as everyone elses.

Oh boy. The only people who broke my criteria this round were the people with five third parties, but my own roster has that. So I'm going to do something different this time.

Since I'm pro no cuts, I decided to vote against the roster that was missing the most of the Brawl veterans (well except Snake, it doesn't matter to me if he's on there or not; I counted Mewtwo instead, but everyone added him ages ago so it didn't matter). I also am checking to see if anyone is lacking any of the confirmed newcomers.

So I voted for YoshiandToad as his roster seems to be missing a whopping ten of these: Rosalina, Toon Link, Jigglypuff, Lucario, Falco, Lucas, Villager, Wii Fit Trainer, R.O.B., and Ice Climbers. I am fine with your choices over Rosalina, Jigglypuff, and Villager, and the amount of other series is enough for me to ignore the lack of Wii Fit Trainer...but even if I didn't count those that would still be six which is still more than enough for me to vote for you over the others.

I will say that I generally like every roster left and deciding who to vote for is likely going to get more and more difficult.

Round 3:

For this I got a non Smashboards friend(but is a huge Nintendo fan) to see which roster "irked" him least.

Irks:

• Sami over Andy. Both Rosters have this choice though.
• Cranky before Dixie? He likes Cranky but only AFTER Dixie.
• He dislikes both FE choices, but having Lyn also seems to be stranger to him since he liked her, but her game was over 10 years ago, and she wasn't even the main character; Eliwood was.
• Giovanni's a weird choice, but he doesn't dislike the idea. He thinks the Pokemon choices for him were odd though; no Rhydon? Rhydon was Giovanni's strongest in Red/Blue and he had Rhyperior as a partner in BW2.
  
• Rhythm Wrestler apparently gets minus points too due to being only in one game.

Looks like overall ScatmansWorld's roster seemed odder to him than SmasherMaster.

Guess I'm voting for ScatmansWorld after all then.

-Must be able to be female. All male exclusive Pokemon, Genderless Pokemon and the like are excluded.
Examples of allowed equals:
Latias, Miltank, Nidoqueen, etc. Either female only or able to be female in the ratio.

Added: Bubbles, Barbara, Krystal, Lyn and Medusa

Aside from Krystal, there it was pretty slim pickings. Lyn was about the only other sort of easy choice, and then things got harder.

Barbara brings a playstyle based around rhythm to Smash Bros., as well as a moveset incorporating music. This is a trait that very few Nintendo characters have.

Bubbles is a female retro character who brings a unique moveset based around momentum and keeping momentum in play.

My last spot came down to choosing between a Wario Character (Ashley and Captain Syrup) or Medusa. I felt that due to already having Tetra (a pirate who robs Syrup of her playstyle) and a lot of magicians (Zelda, Toon Zelda, Krystal, Rosalina and, to an extent, Lip) made Ashley feel redundant. Medusa is able to stand out due to the snakes on her head, as well as the ability to cause petrification.

I doubt I'll make it any farther, but top five is pretty good.

Added Rosalina & Luma, Wii Fit Trainer, Jigglypuff, and Krystal. I also realized that I should probably add somebody unique, so I also included Captain Syrup! I'm actually surprised that nobody else has added a second Yoshi or Wario character, so I guess that I'll be the first!

• Anna is back, restoring all my cut veterans to the roster. Although judging by BigAxle's comments there may be someone getting the axe next round...
• Talking of Axes; Villager cuts her way into battle. Possibly cheating but Villager naturally has a gender switch option on my roster. It was a toss up between her and Isabelle for the second Animal Crossing rep...decided to go for the more traditional one.
  
• Nana(and Popo) finally succumb the mountain of other Nintendo Stars to make it onto the roster!
  
• Wii Fit Trainer muscles her way on to my roster finally!
  
• Bubbles keeps the momentum up, and completes my wanted female retros! She was actually the first female addition I picked, but then I remembered what I was critiqued on last time and tried to make others fit. I wanted to add Lucario too, but always felt Lucario was more of a male Pokemon.
