Now, there's a bit of an issue here. I'm going to actually be unable to update at all Monday and Sunday. I'd rather not rush, but to avoid a downtime, the time for Breaks and Elimination will be shifted this round.

21 is planned, as I don't want the rounds to add only 3 a round, or have rosters that go up to 100 or higher.
It may rise, however.

Welp, here goes nothing. I was told my newcomers weren't very unique so as a last ditch attempt to save myself from certain elimination, I added:

• Koopa Troop! A tag teamish character that features Kamek, Goomba, Koopa, Paratroopa, and Dry Bones. Kamek is the "main character" that can summon helpers through special moves. The Down-B is Dry Bones, who acts as a counter. The Side-B is Koopa, where Kamek will fling out a Koopa shell. The Up-B is Paratroopa, who will carry Kamek to safety! The Standard-B is Goomba, who will charge forward no matter what, even off a cliff! The final smash includes an airship appearing that shoots down foes while common enemies fought in the Mario universe attack the players.
• Tabuu! He can summon Primids and use some moves from the boss fight in SSBB. His final smash is a Subspace Bomb. (he is one of the largest characters and hovers above the ground. However, him hovering does not prevent him from falling to his death)
• Toon Zelda & Phantom Zelda, because I wanted another Zelda character that wouldn't be a clone!
• Krystal, even though my hate for her is over 9000
• Duck Hunt Dog, because representing more series is always cool

Cuts: Nope! Toyed with the idea of cutting another Third Party(because this is still meant to be a Nintendo All Stars game) but Sonic, Megaman and Pac-Man are too big names to really consider and Banjo is freaking Banjo.

NEWCOMERS

• Balloon Fighter drifts into the fight!
  Everyone's favourite retro from Nintendoland is here!
  You may have noticed this roster is a bit Balloon Fight heavy. Honestly I've just done a binge of Balloon Fight and he's quickly become my favourite retro(outside Duck Hunt Dog; have fond memories of that one; shame neither character will ACTUALLY happen but still). I generally prefer retros that got released world wide if I'm honest.
  
  
• True heroes always arrive late! Captain Rainbow joins the fray!
  Captain Rainbow is one of those rare Japan only games that really interests me. There's a lot of history within it and obscure characters which makes it quite akin to Smash. Plus this way I can add a whole bunch of other series without taking up too many Roster slots; Birdo(admittedly there's plenty of Super Mario already), Takamaru(controversial I know, but eh...just doesn't excite me outside nosebleedamaru), Hikari(of Hikari and Donbe fame), Ossan(Golf), Devil(Devil's World) and Mappo(GiFTPiA) act as summonable attacks for the Captain.
  Little Mac and Lip were already on my roster so they're excused from their Rainbow forms.
  
  
• The robot that saved Nintendo! R.O.B. stacks up the competition!As promised; R.O.B. is here! Having saved Nintendo he's certainly earned a roster place. It was only a matter of time before I added him. Incidentally it appears robots are something I need practice at; look at all them wobbly lines.
  
  
• Lucas gets roped in to the roster at long last. (Yeah I've got nothing)Finishing up the Brawl Vets. I don't really think Mother deserves three characters and Porky's playstyle interests me more than Lucas' playstyle did in Brawl really. I promised though and I know a lot of people DO like him so here is the little psychic boy with a tragic story.

• Krystal, even though my hate for her is over 9000

I sympathize completely sir.

Not necessarily with Krystal, I actually don't mind her, but adding characters you're less than keen on sometimes hurts doesn't it?

Also I love the Kamek idea. I was toying with it myself this time(albeit without Dry bones, I had Shy Guy because Yoshi) so I'm glad someone went with this idea.

I actually like the idea of the next one being the last elimination, because that means the next game will start soon and I will be able to play again.

Alright, since GRG had all of the characters mentioned, it looks like I'm voting YoshiandT--oh, nope, it looks like he dropped Rosalina, putting him back in danger. Comparison time!

Mario: I'm not big on the idea of Kamek getting a bunch of random enemies for attacks. I definitely like Bowser Jr. as a choice more. GRG 0, YaT 1
Zelda: Vaati is the only Zelda newcomer I actually care about, and I don't like either of GRG's choices. GRG 0, YaT 1
Metroid: Dark Samus is fine, but not necessary.
Pokemon: GRG's is kind of boring but it's still my preferred six Pokemon characters. I really don't want two Trainers. GRG 1, YaT 2
Mother: Completely indifferent to any Mother newcomer. Just as long as the two vets are there.
Fire Emblem: I like Chrom more than Roy and Anna combined. No, really. GRG 2, YaT 2
Kid Icarus: Don't care much for Medusa. GRG 2, YaT 3
Animal Crossing: Tom Nook is a good choice, and Animal Crossing is big enough to have two characters. GRG 2, YaT 4
Retro: I'm not a big fan of either Balloon Fighter or Bubbles, but Muddy Mole is fine and Mach Rider is my favorite retro. GRG 3, YaT 4
Other: The only choice of YaT's here I don't really like is Nikki, who I'm counting as Mii which GRG also has. I'm not a fan of Aeron or Tabuu. GRG 3, YaT 5
Third Party: Banjo and Kazooie are awesome. And as I've said many times, I'm ok with Snake being cut if needed. GRG 3, YaT 6

Well, it's clear. While I voted against YoshiandToad several times in the past, overall I like his final roster more than GRG's. GreenReaperGod gets my final vote. Good luck to both of you!
