We'll change the rep system for sure if we bring it back.Rep is now disabled. We'll give it a couple of weeks (minimum), and then we can discuss bringing it back.
There may have some really hot stuff in the ads, but not sexual. Though we suggest people to report the extreme sexual and dirty ads. We don't want them.Is Victoria's Secret considered E for everyone? The site seems really concerned about cursing and stuff, but there's weird, sexually explicit ads floating around...what's up with that?
Unless the link to it is as hidden as this topic, it would be a good idea according to me. I personaly have trouble using the search option or the FAQ, I just manually search for half an hour because I'm patient. If I have trouble using the search option, I wonder how new people react in front of the system.Hey look! A question not about mods or rep!
Is there an IRC channel for Smash World/Smashboards? If not, I suggest there should be.
I think it'd be an awesomely fun IRC channel to hang out in. It'll get quick results for simple question, and it'll be fun to discuss simple topics without having to wait an entire day to get three responses.
If I get admin approval and advertising, I'd be happy to set up a channel. How about it, Admins?Unless the link to it is as hidden as this topic, it would be a good idea according to me. If everyone could see it (not like this topic), according to me, it would be just awesome. People could use it to know if they can post something, if they can't post something, etc. It could even replace the ''report post''. (Plus we could reply back to the user saying ''thanks'' or ''I can't warn the person for this and this reason'')
Though I don't know how SWF could include that.
You just answered your own question.do we have to say something really big and informative in that old topic so a mod doesn't close it?
Because then our forum databases would be full of peoples images for signatures. Just use some imagehosting site like Imageshack.us and then link it in your sig.see i read it and did it like 20 times, but it still dosent help, is it because of
Can Upload Images for Signature No
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature No
?
lol sorry if i didnt need to bold that.
I strongly agree with this post and suggestion. Allowing those to be posted would allow match-ups and what not to go much smoother and you can meet new people in game. Can we display gamer ids(Wii Numbers(especially), PNP(PS3 ids), Gamertags(360), and Xfire) where our location when we post?
Such an Example of what I mean can be seen here at http://www.cheapassgamer.com/(when you click on Gamertags and Xfire a tab comes up showing whether he is online and if you want to send a friend request. And right now Wii numbers can not be seen unless we view a members profile.
I understand that this is a "singular game forum" but none the less it is a video game forum that could benefit from these features. If we can post our AIMs why not our gamer identification?(also this is vBulletin Version 3.5.4, and we are on 3.6.0 so this could be done right?)
edit: or at least we used to be able to post our Aims
I also wanted to mention what the profile looks like for each member (this is my profile)I strongly agree with this post and suggestion. However, I don't know how difficult this would be to implement?
Kiki?

I suppose you could also create a tab for the Wii numbers or just have a tab that would open up to all of this(DS codes would work well for this)<!-- XBOX LIVE TAG Below by: Cyrick -->

This could be useful in the future because it would eliminate all of the character threads. (Though this example is with sprites it would be a little more useful with text)Some time ago I found a sprite sheet of emoticons that had every ssbm characters, and some Items. Now I was wondering two things.
- A. Can we upload these to the smiles data base
You could do a similar situation with these emoticons like what you did with the BRoomers. Where there is a logo right below the users avatar. For example when your mouse is over the Grinmmer you see this I thought that you could do the same thing with mains so it would be like this when your mouse hovers over it There could be a thing like how the avatar selection is made where we just click and save so that in the future if we decided to change mains we could do it just as easily as changing our avatar.
- B. Some one once posted this
I thought that these emoticons would be a good way of saying this
I can help with the images since they need to be cut out if any one is willing to do this. I just though this would be a fun small add-on that could possibly be used in the future as well.
here is a link to the Smilies
If we decide to do this I only think it is fair to ask the creator first for permission.
Also I hope that this post does not seem demanding, it is a suggestion and nothing more.
<(^_^)b .It's in our future projects. But for now you'll have to tolerate the spam .
