Snake AT submission:
When summoned, he would appear inside the box. When the enemy fighter approaches his box, then he comes out and puts a C4 bomb on opponents's body or on the ground. He also sneaks around the stage while planting bombs.
(Also the iconic alert sound would play when Snake notices the opponent)
When first summoned, all that first appears is a cardboard box. Make no mistake, though - Snake is on the loose! Being completely invisible (except when dodging), Snake wll plant C4 around the stage which will instantly go off when approached by an opponent. Snake is nimble and quite good at dodging, which makes it tricky to hit him, but one solid blow will instantly KO him, with the alert sound playing during the freeze frame and Snake screaming as his KO animation plays (both sounds coming from the original MGS).
Please vote here for Snake's AT

All other submissions from yesterday will be used by default

Snake's stage will be the Desperado Research Facility, while Ike's will be Dragon's Table

Ike echo
  1. Diamont - 1
  2. Aegislash - 2
  3. Noah - 5
  4. Papyrus - 7
Papyrus will be added as Ike's echo

Snake echo

  2. Venom Snake - 1
  3. Joanna Dark - 1
  4. Marco Rossi - 5
  5. Waluigi - 8
Waluigi will be added as Snake's echo.

I was planning to submit this spirit for Wario but forgot, but I can use a bit of dark humour to justify submitting it for Ike instead, and hopefully do something more wild for Mii Gunner's 4th spirit.

You can submit an echo that stance changes between all 3 mons, but you will still need to tie it to one of the 3 mons - you can also submit stance changes between multiple characters for any echo job.

Squirtle stage: Bubble Bobble

This stage features every single layout from the Bubble Bobble game - starting from a random layout and going in order from there. It's quite big, but green bubbles to jump off of will rise from the bottom to get to higher platforms. To distinguish the stage from other black 80s voids, the bubble pattern from the NES title screen can be seen in the background. There are enemies, but they're uncommon compared to the original game for better playability. All platforms (except for ones directly stacked on top of one another) are soft when you jump through them, but hard when you're hit into them. Has vertical looping as well as horizontal.

  1. Bubble Bobble (Arcade)
  2. Bubble Bobble (NES)
  3. Title (Bubble Bobble (C64)) (New Remix)
  4. The New Zealand Story

Ivysaur stage: How to Play

A grassy plain that's identical to a grassy plain that already has an identical grassy plain. Wonderful. Songlist shared between Kirby and Smash. Spawn points are symmetrical with 2 players, but with any more they'll all be shifted to the right like in the tutorial.

  1. Gourmet Race (New Remix)
  2. Intro (Kirby: Right Back at Ya)
  3. The Tricky Stuff
  4. Results (Smash 64)

Charizard stage: Dynamax Stadium

Unlike other stadium stages, this one isn't neutral even with hazards off. You appear giant - you can see giant Pokemon like Wailord fly by in the background to emphasize your size
dynamax.png

The top soft platforms are the ceilings of the stadium, while the yellow soft platforms move randomly in the 4 cardinal directions, whether you can access the ceilings depends on the platforms. Human characters from SwSh appear, albeit very tiny - if Pokemon Trainer is in play, they'll be tiny too!
  1. Gym Leader (Sword and Shield)
  2. Battle Tower
  3. Sinnoh Game Corner (New Remix)
  4. Pokemon theme

Charizard echo: Aerodactyl

Lighter and weaker with better range and speed - rock smash is back and Flamethrower is replaced with Dragon Breath as a projectile.

Ivysaur echo: Bulbasaur

Weaker but faster and harder to hit.

Squirtle echo: Bub and Bob

Alternate costumes, not a duo - Down special is a bubble, which is essentially a projectile command grab, goes up and down in an arc and can prevent foes from using DI as well as breaking through shields. Their side special is a water slide, which functions the same as Withdraw.

Charizard Echo: Metalgreymon

Okay, I don't actually know nearly enough about Digimon to make a really elaborate pitch like I usually do, so I'll just highlight some important details.
  • Metalgreymon is heavier than Charizard, but also slower and laggier.
  • Side Special becomes Body Blow - It doesn't have Flare Blitz's recoil damage, but is less powerful and has a smaller hitbox.
  • Down Special becomes Giga Blaster, which has it charge up before firing a volley of missiles from its chest. It's strong, but has high startlag and can't be cancelled.
  • Final Smash becomes Terra Destroyer; This is a combination of the original move and Giga Storm, making the FS more like ROB's.
Ivysaur Echo: Blue (w/ Bulbasaur, Charmeleon, & Blastoise)

I'll admit I'm mainly submitting him for the aesthetic; Each of his Pokemon actually counter each of Pokemon Trainer's via type weaknesses; Squirtle is weak to Bulbasaur, Ivysaur is weak to Charmeleon, and Charizard is weak to Blastoise.
  • Bulbasaur is the "echo" here, being smaller, faster, and weaker than Ivysaur (kinda like WaWaWa's pitch).
  • Charmeleon is smaller and weaker than Charizard, but also faster. He plays a more range-based game to make up for Bulbasaur's hit in range, using Ember as a projectile attack and a leaping Slash as a more diagonal recovery.
  • Blastoise is heavier than Squirtle, but also slower and easier to hit. His range also takes a hit, with his Withdraw acting more like Bowser's Whirling Fortress.

Ivyvaur Stage: Sanctuary in the Sky (Digimon)

HD remake by OmniDude90. Shares the layout from the Digimon Rumble Arena stage of the same name.
If you're wondering why this is Ivysaur's submission and not Charizard's, I actually love WaWaWa's Char stage submission.

Squirtle Spirit: Bowser's Minions

  • Opponents: Goomba, giant Squirtle (third alt*), Mii Brawler w/ Shy Guy Mask, Scream Tail (white alt)
  • Stage: Battlefield Golden Plains
  • Music: This is Minion Turf!
  • Rules: The opponents spawn one after the other. Squirtle likes to use Withdraw. A Hammer Bro Assist Trophy will spawn during the Mii Brawler fight. Scream Tail will randomly turn invisible.
(*)I'm probably gonna submit Squirtle's Turtwig alt from PM when the time comes, so I'll probably swap this alt out should my alt subs win.

Smallfry over Squirtle

Replace the water with ink and replace some moves with headbutts.

Side special is A Leap with ink instead of a spin.
Down Special is Smallfry throwing a Salmon Egg.
Final Smash is (Splatoon 3 Spoilers!) Smallfry transforms into Hugefry and slams into the stage

Sprigatito over Ivysaur

A Smaller Ivysaur, all bulb-related attacks are either just emitted from Sprigatito's Grass Coat
Up b is now Trailblaze, Sprigatito creates a patch of grass that they ride up and deals damage.
Down B is now Seedbomb, a clone of Isabelle's Lloid Trap but with a seed bomb and explodes instead of launches.
Razor Leaf is renamed Magical leaf but functions the same.
Final Smash is Terra Blast, Sprigatito shoots out a large blast of Grass energy.

BowserKing BowserKing 's stage submission will not be allowed due to him not including an image, which is required for stages and echoes. I will allow his echoes this time, but in future all images will need to be embedded. Apologies for any confusion.

Squirtle Pokeball
When summoned, Squirtle will use Water Gun in the same vein as its Neutral Special. It has an instant charge, but the intensity of the water isn't as strong as its max charged version from the playable Squirtle.

Ivysaur Pokeball
When summoned, Ivysaur throws out Razor Leaves similarly to Venusaur's appearance on Saffron City.

Squirtle Special: Bubble

Squirtle spews out a small field of bubbles. These bubbles can deal multiple hits of damage to opponents upon contact and completely block one projectile regardless of its strength.

Ivysaur Special: Seed Bomb

Ivysaur tosses out an explosive seed. It functions similarly to Banjo & Kazooie's Grenade Egg, but is thrown forwards instead of backwards.

Iron Tail deals 20% damage due to Squirtles small size and low stats due to being the 1st stage of a 3 stage evolution.

Anyways, here is a spirit

Spirit: Gigantamax Charizard
Ace
Opponents: Giant Orange Charizard
Stage: Kalos Pokémon League
Rules: The enemy is giant, and it’s neutral special is more powerful

I’ll make it simple. It is one of those moves, if fully charged, can break shields. But it makes Squirtle tank one hit.

Certain moves are complicated, hence why I usually leave it like showing how it works.

All alt costumes from yesterday will be used by default, and Squirtle's new special will be Bubble. I apologize for accidentally putting Bubble on the OP early.

Lucas echo: Claus

Art by u/HappiestPony on Reddit.

Lucas' beloved non-brainwashed brother joins the battle! He has no stat differences, but his animation are less clumsy and more (over)confident. Admittedly I'm mostly submitting this one because of the potential for sappy wholesome fanfiction. Lucas' Claus alt will be removed to make room for this new echo. but the other Claus alt will remain on Lucas

Diddy echo Dixie and Kiddy Kong (Stance change echo with DK)

I am atoning for my sin of making fun of Kiddy Kong in a status like a week ago.

Dixie is slower on the ground than Diddy, but has better air mobility and a glide, is heavier, and is slightly bigger; while Kiddy is faster, smaller, and lighter than DK but less powerful, worse in the air, and lacking DK's infamous spikes (though he does keep the hand slap spike). Down special is the stance change, with both's origins down specials moved to back - Dixie's banana propels foes up instead of making them trip and her peanut popgun is a bubblegum gun. Kiddy wears his dummy in his mouth to give him a bit of visual distinction from DK and a more innocent look, but he does still have his iconic screech

Diddy stage: Bramble Blast

Black - hard platform
Blue - brambles
Red - semisoft platform (can go up but not down)
Yellow - barrel, tilts left and right slowly, meaning it could either launch you into ground or into brambles.

Squawks will appear to provide items to the last place player.
bramble.png

  1. Stickerbush Symphony (Original)
  2. Aquatic Ambiance (New Remix)
  3. Jib Jig/K. Rool Returns (New Remix)
  4. Eddie, Let Me Go Back to My Home

Lucas stage: Skullker Hideout

From Drill Dozer, another late GBA game about a kid with a dead mum; a heroic thief; and a girl with pink hair, this crime base is a large, tricky stage with a fun gimmick.
drillstage.png

Red - soft platform
Yellow - laser
Black - hard platform

Blocks will appear to break - there are 4 kinds of block: gear blocks (break them to gain a gear displayed on your HUD, you have one by default), brick blocks (can be destroyed by any fighter), steel blocks (can be destroyed with two gears), and purple alloy blocks (can be destroyed with 3 gears): blocks explode once destroyed, dealing more damage and covering more range per durability and not hurting the one who destroyed them - at certain points, a Code Red lockdown will be enacted where bricks don't spawn and walls appear around the stage, making KOs impossible.

  1. Skullker Hideout
  2. Art Museum/Clink Prison
  3. Third Gear
  4. Bonanza Elegy
Was gonna submit the Sunken Kuru Ruins theme, but I was mostly using that because I wanted it for Wuhu Island, I'll save that song for if I add a water-based Others stage.

Spirit:
Howard and Nester
Legend

Opponents: Lucas (Claus colours), Kazuya (white tuxedo (Mii Brawler with business suit if DLC not purchased))
Stage: Mushroom Kingdom 2 (Hazards on)
Song: Title (NES Remix 2)
Rules: You will become fast, big, or metal at random points

If bringing back stages is allowed
:rumblefalls:
Returning from Brawl, this stage is back, with improved graphics.

As for the echo, let’s face it, Dixie Kong will win this one.
However, in this case, Dixie Kong would go solo as a Diddy Kong echo (no offence to Kiddy). Dixie would use her Bubblegum Gum as a neutral special and her Helicopter Hair as her up special.

this is probably the most loose connection for a spirit enhancement yet lmao. And that says a lot when Nipper Plant can enhance into Piranha Plant

Lucas Echo: Black Mage

  • PSI attacks are Dark magic
  • PK Fire - Fira
  • PK Thunder - Thunder
  • PK Freeze - Blizzard
  • PSI Magnet - Scourge (same hitbox as PSI Magnet, allows for slight air stalling like it, but afflicts poison to opponents inside the bubble for longer than a few frames. Deals 1% per second for 13-15 seconds)
  • A few staff attacks (nair, fsmash, uair), all are functionally identical.
  • PK Starstorm - Judgement Bolt. Joined by Thief and Warrior. Ramuh can be seen in the background actually doing the attack.

Vivian over Lucas

She would similar stats to lucas, but a bit floatier
Vivian would also be 2d
All of Lucas' generic PSI attacks are replaced with shadow
Side Smash is vivian delivering a fiery punch
Neutral Special is infatuate, a similar attack to PK freeze only it stuns instead of Freezes
Side Special is just renamed Fiery Jinx
Up special is Veil, it is a reskin of Mewtwo's Up Special
Down Special just has her create a sphere of shadow instead of PSI magnet
Final Smash has Vivian charge forward with all of the companions form TTYD

Lucas stage: Saturn Valley

The stage takes place on the roofs of 2 houses from Saturn valley, and you can jump in a lake there too, you can see Mr. saturn in the background just going about their business
