For a returning item, I’ll go with the Heart Container.

For a new item, I’ll go with the Geosphere from the Fire Emblem series, which gives 20% damage to each player.

DK Moveset:

Neutral Special: Giant Punch - Acts same.
Side Special: Barrel Toss - DK throws a wooden barrel that explodes upon enemy's touch. Occasionally, he would throw an Oil Barrel that gives the Fire damage.
Up Special: Barrel Cannon - DK jumps into Cannon Barrel and launches you high into the air. You can control it where you get launched.
Down Special: Hand Slap - Same.

Job 21:
Returning: Ditto - acts same.
New: Rhyperior - He would shoot out rocks at opponents. The rocks can cause you flinch.

I nominate the Yoshi's island from Brawl. The layout is same, but stage became longer in length and has additional second platform.
Hold on, there are some changes like in Background, you can see Yoshi's House (Picture down below)

Job 23:Yoshi Moveset

moveset changes
yoshi have a gimmick,he can lay small eggs and throw it,this gimmick is same from the yoshi's games
the jab,tilt attacks,smash attacks and aerial attacks are same,but the grab,pummel and throw attacks are different
grab:yoshi grabs the opponent with one hand
pummel:yoshi knees the opponent
forward throw:yoshi headbutts the opponent
back throw:yoshi catches the opponent with his long tongue and slams them backwards into the ground
up throw:yoshi throws the opponent upward,then grabs the opponent's legs with his long tongue and slams to the ground,sending the opponent upwards
down throw:yoshi smashes the opponent into the ground and then yoshi performs a ground pound on opponent's back

special attacks
Neutral Special:Eat or Spit?/Mini-Eggs Lay-this attack is same from smash games but it's a bit similar to the kirby's neutral special and similar to the villager's neutral special,yoshi sticks his long tongue out to catch the opponent or the projectilie attack,while the opponent is inside the yoshi's mouth,yoshi can split the opponent out or he can swallow and lay a big egg with the opponent inside or when yoshi eats a projectile attack,he lays a small egg,yoshi can lay 9 eggs in total
Side Special:Egg Roll-same move from smash games
Up Special:Yoshi's Wings-a pair of white wings appears on yoshi's back,yoshi fly upwards and the wings disappear
Down Special:Yoshi Bomb/Egg Throw-yoshi bomb is the same move from smash games and this move happens when yoshi don't have eggs and egg throw is different from smash games,when yoshi have eggs,he can aim anywhere and throw an egg

Final Smash:Mega Egg Throw-yoshi raises his hand and a giant egg appears in the yoshi's hands and then yoshi throws the giant egg forward

Orbital Defense Platform (Star Fox 2)
Now that this game has been officially released I believe it should be referenced in Smash & a stage would work really well. Imagine it being similar to lylat cruise but still in the snes style with sections both inside & outside this important area from this game.

Job 24:
Neutral Special should have Reticle for aiming, which it could have Reference to Star Fox games.
Change Fox's Up B to an Scaled Arwing to fit more his Home Series. Although, it still acts like Fire Fox, but rather you are control it like Arwing.
His side B should be Smart Bomb Throw comparing to His Fox Illusion.
Fox Illusion should be his Dash Attack, but nerfed.
His Final Smash brings back Landmaster.
(I mean, those moveset changes coulr reference his Home series rather than having an original moveset)

Job 25:
Brinstar (Metroid)

Acts same, but there are harmless enemies in Background that float like Metroids or walk like Zebesians.
Also, there are details Referencing Metroid Games like Doors or even Chozo statues in Background.
Also, the stage is bigger and acid rises slowly, but it's buffed a little bit.

I’ll just do a Metroid stage and nominate Burenia from Metroid Dread.

The layout would have 2 hard plaforms on each side, with a pool of water in the center. Above the water, there would be a soft platform.

Job 26:
Captain Falcon:
Neutral Special: Same
Side Special: Pistol Bullet - Captain Falcon shoots out the projectile that has a shape of Falcon and goes straightforward at opponent. Also it gives a fire damage.
Up special: Same, but he boosts more in the air.
Down Special: Same
Final Smash: Acts same, but he also summons other Racers to fight.

Ness Moveset:
Neutral special: PS Rockin - Ness shoots the aura around himself and he can charge it to make it stronger.
Side Special: PK Flash/PK Fire - Ness can shoot out his PK Flash or PK Fire randomly like Sora's Neutral B. Only difference is that PK Flash is now Side B.
Up Special: PK Teleport - It would be the mix of his Up B with Teleport taken from Melee Opening. It acts like usual.
Down special: Same
Final Smash: It's basically same, but it goes Faster.

Paper Mario is probably the biggest Nintendo series currently unrepresented, you may assume he would be a Mario character but I think his franchise is distinct enough to stand on it's own.

A Retro character, but one with a recent remake to cash in on. Its good to have some weirder characters who aren't traditional fighters.


Bayonetta
A popular addition to Smash, has a new game coming out, her last couple games have been Nintendo exclusive.

ExciteBiker (Excite) (Resubmission again)

ExciteBiker is one of Characters from Excite Series and he is a Guy, who rides on Bike and races with other ExciteBikers on ExciteBike Arena. He is one of Nintendo's Classic characters with modern titles and even Iconic Retro character, who was made by Nintendo.
ExciteBiker debuted on 1984's Side-Scrolling racing game called "ExciteBike" released on Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), which it had huge sales.
He originally was meant to be in Melee, but he was replaced by Ice Climbers and he later appeared in Brawl as Assist Trophy and in SSB4 was Trophy along being a spirit in Ultimate.

His moveset could borrow stuff from "Excite" games, like NES ExciteBike, ExciteBike 64 and other titles like ExciteTruck, which it could be unique moveset due attacking opponents on Bike. He could be Middleweight Rushdown character with Fastest speed (Not counting Sonic and 3rd Parties if they were in Smash reboot) and he could have a Gimmick named "Temperature Meter" where Excitebiker Dashes or attacks, which it rises the Temperature in his Bike. When it's full, his bike Explodes and after 2 seconds while being stunned, it rejoins and he comes back on his Bike.

I nominate ExciteBiker as Fighter, because he could represent NES Era in Smash as Fighter, which it could be very cool addition to Smash like Ice Climbers in Melee.


Returning Third Party:
Simon Belmont (Castlevania)

Simon is main Protagonist of NES Castlevania games and one of Protagonist of series. He is a vampire hunter that kills monsters and vampires in castles, especially Dracula's Castle.
He is one of Metroidvania icons and and his series are popular in gaming history and one of honorable Nintendo 3rd Party characters.

He would work like in Smash, albeit he could use moves based on latter games. Although we could keep his NES design tho...

For the Nintendo character, I’ll go with Ring Fit Trainee since Ring Fit Adventure was a major game on the switch.

I want to nominate Cloud since FF is a major video game series, but FFVII’s cast isn’t associated with Nintendo, so I’ll just go with Hero for the third party veteran since Dragon Quest has a long history on Nintendo platforms, and FF has collaborated with the Mario series with Fortune Street.
