Job 192: Submit up to three Mii Costumes to be released alongside Cloud!
Any Square Enix character is allowed (and I'll even allow Tomb Raider and Gex characters), plus characters that fit into one of the following themes:
  • RPGs
  • Magic
  • Swordfighters (must wield a sword and not just be a costume for the swordfighter class)
  • PS1-era games
With Final Fantasy characters specifically, the Black Mage, White Mage, Cloud, Tifa, and Tidus are already costumes, but anyone else should be fine.

Sorry for being a day late, but I also had the day off today so might as well update today rather than wating for Sunday.
  • Cloud's first five Mii Costumes will be The Knight, Sephiroth, Slime, Sora, and Zagreus!
  • All FF trophies and ARMS music will be used.

Job 195: Submit a first-party newcomer for our next DLC fighter!
Since both of our first-party DLC fighters, Captain Falcon and Diddy Kong, have been veterans, this job will require all submissions to be characters who haven't been playable in past Smash games. Assist promotions are allowed, but more F-Zero or DK reps are not (though the latter does not apply to the entire Mario pantheon).

Lyndis (or Lyn for short) is one of protagonists from Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade and she is a teenage/young adult girl that her parents were murdered by bandits and she wants to be master swordswoman (Lyn, don't be mad that I called you a "woman") after an aid given by a fallen traveler (tactician).

She becames one of popular FE characters and she is the poster girl of Blazing Blade game (She was chosen as representant in various FE games like Fates, Awakening, Warriors and Engage).


Her moveset would be borrowed from FE games (I also count Warriors game), which it would focus on her swordfighting or even using "air/wind" related powers like in Warriors game.
She could even use bows or different weapons for her arsenal to not make her a "pure" swordswoman like Marth.


I think she would be cool addition since she would be first female DLC character in the game. Also she is one of most requested FE fighters for the game and I think it would be time to let her shine on stage.

While Mother, Kirby, and Pokemon are barred from having a second DLC stage, I'll allow a second Mario stage since it'd be releasing alongside Waluigi. Please don't include music this time around. Also note that this will be our last first-party stage, so make it count!

Stage: Hanafuda Haven

While not strictly video game content, I think we can waive this one as a tribute to Nintendo's pre-gaming days. This stage would focus on competitive/tournament play, with a few hanafuda cards serving as soft platforms.

Waluigi Moveset
  • Neutral Special: Serve
    • Waluigi tosses a tennis ball into the air, with another special input having him swing the racket to serve the ball. The timing of the serve determines the ball's speed, angle, and power - The closer the ball is to the racket's center, the faster and stronger it becomes. Regardless, the ball acts as a lingering projectile, staying on the stage for a short time. Waluigi can only have one ball active at a time.
  • Side Special: Swimming Return
    • Waluigi will begin to perform breakstrokes, carrying himself forward in the process. He can perform up to five breaststrokes before the move ends, being able to turn himself in 90 degree angles and cancel the move into a jump. However, Waluigi has no hitbox during the swim.
  • Up Special: Whirluigi
    • Waluigi begins to rapidly spin as he carries himself upwards, dealing a single hit of damage on the way up before entering freefall. He has limited super armor during the move, and can slightly angle his ascension to the left or right.
  • Down Special: Piranha Plant
    • Waluigi places down a Piranha Plant which'll snap out at opponents that come too close. The plant can be KO'd, and Waluigi can only have one active at any given time.
  • Final Smash: Destruction Dance
    • A spotlight shines on Waluigi as he begins to dance. The spotlight serves as a black hole, with Bob-Ombs dropping from the sky to knock opponents into it. At the end of the move, Waluigi strikes a pose as a huge Bob-Omb drops onto him from above, launching all opponents caught in the spotlight as Waluigi is briefly covered in soot.
