Anita's adopted father, had his heart fall to darkness after the events of Darkstalkers 2 and we dont see him again until Dee shows up in the PS2 port of Darkstalkers 3.
He now calls himself Dee, and goes around on base vampire instincts to drink the blood of beautiful women, Anita ends up killing him in the game.

Dark Phantom (Megaman Star force)

A guy who treats everything like it's a show, where the people he fights are just actors in his play, knows Megaman's Secret identidy and wants to hurt him dearly.
The one lingering plot thread from the Star Force series after 3 was that he wanted to come back to get his revenge on Megaman for what he'd done to him, which is never expanded on since star force 4 was cancelled.

Hulk Davidson (Viewtiful Joe)

Honestly i just put him here to give our roster a lower threat villain.
