An evolution of Pikachu from Gen 1.
He would be clone of pikachu, but bigger and heavier. Also some attacks are gonna be different than Pikachu's due to being evolved pokemon.

Enemy submission:
Mizzo (Smash/Subspace)

The cut enemy from Brawl, now in this Universe, it's not cut from the game anymore.
His role would be swimming in the water aimlessly. He could Inhale the water and spit the water on you from his mouth as his attack method.

Young Zelda (I know it's Toon Zelda but Toon Link isn't called that here)

Zelda has gotten the short end of the stick so far in our universe. Her attacks would have slightly different properties to them. I would have loved to Inlcude Tetra but with no Sheik it doesn't rlly work for a clone.
