To verify an e-mail address, you type it in...then, about 10-30 minutes later, the e-mail will finally arrive at your e-mail address. Reply to it, and it'll reach your Wii in 10-30 minutes. Once that happens, it's verified.

I suspect it's similar with the Wii-Codes

I also propose a separate topic be created specifically for the Wii-Codes

Friend codes are the for the DS and should be kept separate, in my honest opinion.

It's on the front of the address book. Go where you'd store everyone's names and look at the cover.
