I'll just give a quick remember that a very long time ago, I did say that I did heard about "Hero" (DQ character without any given name)-
If this is true, It would line up with that I said back in november/early december.

Sora/Geno not being in/Leakbait
Chrono being heard
but "Hero" (DQ) being most common one-

Hopefully that things is seemingly legit.

I am shaking right now... This would be too wonderful for me.

Well, in Persona, the protagonist can switch between various Personas, so Jack of All Trades would make sense

Okay, I never played any dragon quest except for seven, eight, and swords.

Honestly the rep I wanted for the franchise was Slime.

But, I’ve been looking into Erdick and I pretty much went straight to acceptance with a Wikipedia article. Just because his hair and toriyama art will make people pick him and claim it’s closer to Goku than Orange Ryu or Lucario.

Look, it’s not going to happen. If intelligent systems gets any more characters they’re obviously going to come from their other franchise that isn’t fire emblem but still uses turn based strategy and is beloved by their fans.

By which I think it’s obvious I mean Codename STEAM. No other franchise. I mean maybe if they had another fire emblem like franchise with modern weaponry I’d consider it, but I can’t think of one at all.

Maybe just maybe we'll get some Advance Wars Mii Costumes.

Or even better yet, hell will freeze over and we'll get a playable character. One can dream.

Thanks to this leak and the comments of some users in regards to the word “Hero”, i will have trouble sleeping tonight.

When a childhood character that you have fond memories of is considered likely for Smash, you get a huge amount of hype.

If Hero/Eight is the DQ rep in the end... I will cry. He means a lot to me, and it would be a big moment for me.

Would a DQ character even be a heavyweight, as the stats seem to suggest this character is? DQ fans please lemme know what you think.

But I'm almost certain "Jack" is Joker, due to the obvious Jack Frost connection. Cool that he can walljump and is pretty quick.
