Metroid: Crocomire or Phantoom.
Kid Icarus: Medusa.
Sonic: Eggman.
Street Fighter: M.Bison.
Final Fantasy: Sephiroth.
Earthbound: Mother 1 Gyigas.

I'd have loved to get Rayquaza back, but there's only one that feels like he's missing.

WHERE IS ALL OF THE SONIC CONTENT? No Robotnik Eggman boss or assist, but there is a Wily assist and Yellow Devil? No Tails? This needs to be rectified STAT.

Also Alduin would have made a great boss, but Rathalos is doing a fine enough job that I'd be happy to have Dovahkiin fight him.

Giga Bowser doesn’t count?

Not really, it's a creation unique to Smash, not even Mario Strikers had it. Due to the rather frightening nature of Giga Bowser I think it's safe to say it'll never even appear in the Mario series at all.

I would mix the Wrecking Ball with his boss mechanic in Spring Yard Zone for the first phase.

Just so it feels different from the Sonic 4 and Sonic Forces fight.

LOL I meant sonic adventure 2. Though I could be either Tails or Robotnik as they use the same style in that game but you can get Robotnik more with his earlier appearances

I don’t know what to say about the remix...

The only one we got is the Angel Island one... from Brawl.

With an Eggman base level that works like a lot of stages that transition to different areas.
