I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not, but that was from game to game. Not in the same game in which they are also an Assist Trophy.Sure, the important thing is we got promotions. That's what everyone was asking for.
Listen dog I don't think you had much of a chance of winning in the first place. So the first major was in Seattle?
A place where I'm going in 2 days and I missed it?!!!
I doubt they would add to World of Light outside of just random spots to unlock them.DLC boss idea.

...why you gotta do this to me man?But she's a spirit...
Chrom was never an Assist Trophy, just an element of a Final Smash.name one reason why they should bother
Dude...You're coming here?
Zinith, dear, as a Washingtonian, don't, it's miserable, cold and wet.
I'm joking. It's funny how some people act like Assist Trophies are in a special place that just needs a way of "promotion" via DLC, just because a character they like is in it.I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not, but that was from game to game. Not in the same game in which they are also an Assist Trophy.
Fully aware it predates Undertale, lol.Except it's a stage based off of an arcade game based off a bad TV show over 30 years ago.
You know what the purpose of Assist trophies are, right?I just don’t see the point. Why not make them playable in the first place?
I'm sorry you were born in such an awful state, my friend,Dude...
I was born and raised there...
I'd take it over where I currently live (Nevada)...I'm sorry you were born in such an awful state, my friend,
Yeah, to NOT be playable. You know what the purpose of Assist trophies are, right?
Would you rather have no Isaac, or some Isaac? If you say no Isaac, you're lying.
LYNDI-However, my question is, do you think we’ll get a second Fighter Pass that is more Nintendo centric, and if so who do you think would be the 5?
No Assist Trophy characters please.
Because they couldn't do it in time, but they have enough time to do something like Assist trophies.Yeah, to NOT be playable.
HECTOR GANG RISE UP
Interesting you said "no assist trophies" because that was what I was hoping and was 95% sure was what Poochy would end up being...However, my question is, do you think we’ll get a second Fighter Pass that is more Nintendo centric, and if so who do you think would be the 5? No Assist Trophy characters please. Spirits are fine.
Thank you! My point exactly.I'm joking. It's funny how some people act like Assist Trophies are in a special place that just needs a way of "promotion" via DLC, just because a character they like is in it.
I don’t think you understand what I was trying to say... I was saying I didn’t want anyone saying that they think an Assist Trophy was going to be part of potential DLC of a game they are already in.You know what the purpose of Assist trophies are, right?
Would you rather have no Isaac, or some Isaac? If you say no Isaac, you're lying.
You can just be a extremist that doesn't want anything in the game that isn't perfectly in-line with your ideas. You know what the purpose of Assist trophies are, right?
Would you rather have no Isaac, or some Isaac? If you say no Isaac, you're lying.
He's an example because he was literally the first person who popped in my head.I couldn’t care less about Isacc. Never played Golden Sun.
I know you keep pushing Poochy, but I’m curious as to what kind of moveset he’d have. If you have any ideas, I’m interested in hearing them.Interesting you said "no assist trophies" because that was what I was hoping and was 95% sure was what Poochy would end up being...
Okay, I see what you’re saying now. Sorry, I’m a little illiterate when it comes to picking up emotions in text post. He's an example because he was literally the first person who popped in my head.
"Iiiiin Washington I was born and raised, playing Yoshi's Island is how I spent most of my days"Dude...
I was born and raised there...
B-B-B-BUT IF WALUIGI WASN'T AN ASSIST AND ALL ASSISTS WERE GONE HE WOULD BE PROGRAMMED TO BE PLAYABLE BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T WASTE TIME PROGRAMMING USELESS ITEMS NOBODY PLAYS I'M RIGHT YOU'RE WRONGStill don't understand why ATs are treated like they're the very manifestation of evil itself.
At least the character is in the game at all. Plus, ATs are super complex in this game; there was a lot of love asnd care put in to 'em. They're neat, and this comes from a Waluigi supporter.
I'd rather be someone who begs for a low-tier main to get buffed to top tier. You can just be a extremist that doesn't want anything in the game that isn't perfectly in-line with your ideas.
So? You can't just shut off a significant part of the game and then blame others for it.I’m not one of these people, but yeah, I imagine that people who play without items don’t think it’s not so bad the characters they wanted as fighters are Assist Trophies.
One of the reasons I joined the support was because I saw this:I know you keep pushing Poochy, but I’m curious as to what kind of moveset he’d have. If you have any ideas, I’m interested in hearing them.
But to expand on it, since Yoshi is sort of in the middle of representing Mario and his own games, Poochy would embody a more pure "Yoshi's Island" experience and incorporate elements of those games not seen in Yoshi's own arsenal (like the bubble and the Poochy Pups for instance)Made a moveset for Poochy
Poochy Moveset
Attributes: Since Yoshi uses poochy as a mount he would have to be heavier than yoshi, maybe around Samus' weight. also I imagine he would have better ground mobility than the air, since he's seen on the ground running rather than jumping around like yoshi.
B- Lick:
This move is taken directly from one of Yoshi's custom moves in Smash 4, Poochy lunges forward and gives the opponent a big ol' lick. Altered slightly so the tongue goes in an upward motion to allow the move's hitbox to guard against aerial attacks.
Side B- Charge:
Poochy charges forward at high speeds, going into a charge that deals moderate knockback and damage when colliding with an enemy. While charging poochy receives both knockback and damage resistance (a nod toward Poochy resilience, seriously the dog can withstand acid and lava!). Lastly, after a short animation, Poochy can change directions during the charge. Performing this move in the air puts Poochy in special fall.
Up B- Bubble:
After a bit of start up, Poochy becomes encased inside a bubble (like the ones Baby mario and the rest of the mario crew in 3D world use) and starts floating in a direction of your choice. You can speed up or slow down the direction the bubble moves in, and even go a different direction if you counteract the initial momentum of the move. After the duration of the move or if the move is ended early by pressing B, the bubble will pop dealing damage and knockback to enemies in a small radius around poochy.
Down B- Poochy-Pups:
These little woolly pups function somewhere in between 's Pikmin and 's Lumas. You can call them out one by one with your Down special maxing out at 3 at a time. These little guys will follow behind Poochy and try their best to mimic big poochy's actions, preforming weak versions of his attacks. If Poochy preforms a smash attack or Special move, they will perform their weak version of the attack one after the other. If the pups are knocked away, they won't mimic your attacks until they can reach you again. Unfortunately, Poochy pups only have a set amount of HP before they unravel and you have to wait for them to recharge. You can see how many Pups you have available to call in during play by little pup icons on top of your damage indicator. Using bubble will cause the pups to get encased in a bubble and automatically float towards poochy.
Mainly because they want to play the character(s) as apose to using them as randomized temporary items which not everyone uses(I dislike using items), it's nice to see them more active this time but I can highly understand why people don't like the assist trophy treatment. Just another case of how life can't give everything that's desired.Still don't understand why ATs are treated like they're the very manifestation of evil itself.
At least the character is in the game at all. Plus, ATs are super complex in this game; there was a lot of love asnd care put in to 'em. They're neat, and this comes from a Waluigi supporter.
Interesting, though I’d have to see a more fleshed out moveset to be more invested in him since this only covers his specials. One of the reasons I joined the support was because I saw this:

They don't use swords, so it's okay.I just noticed that K. Rool, Ridley, and Incineroar all have the exact same down smash.
I could easily see the guitar as being part of her victory animations.Yeah I definitely can see this working, I mentioned this on the last page but I think another change I could see is her also having down special as well using her hair that is faster and less knockback but has more combo potential.
Her guitar could also be incorporated into her taunts and victory animations as well.
Funky is among the most likely candidates to be chosen if additional echoes were to happen (other very strong contenders are Impa, Octoling, Shadow, and Jeanne).Would Funky have made a good echo fighter?
Well one idea is that since he digs in Yoshi's Story, his down throw could bury opponents. He can grab with his tongue, forward throw could just be a launch, back throw could be a hind leg kick, and up throw could use his stubby little tail.Interesting, though I’d have to see a more fleshed out moveset to be more invested in him since this only covers his specials.
Maybe Poochy is among the planned DLC and Crafted World will be his stage. All this Poochy talk reminded me of the Woolly World stage. Still confused as to why it got cut...
I don’t like that Sonic and Falco both do the splits to be honest with you.I just noticed that K. Rool, Ridley, and Incineroar all have the exact same down smash.
Where did you get the images in your sig?
That's all I got.
Because cutting stages isn't an active practice. it just means they could have added limited amount of stages and Wooly World wasn't one of them. All this Poochy talk reminded me of the Woolly World stage. Still confused as to why it got cut...
