We've heard talks about a SE rep for a long time already. I'd doubt they would start a counter-leak measurement for something that didnt start yet at the time. Of course we cant confirm how much of the fighter has been developed, but talks for who will be the fighter are already old news.

That would be Ultimate fixing yet another problem wrought by Marvel vs. CAPCOM Infinite.
