Lurking in the shadows like a true ninja probably The artist has been working on the poster for a while, i thought it was finished (when i saw PP and Incineroar) but you're right it misses Greninja and now that you mention it, there's still a few other characters missing.

The two spirits in question are Eagle and Olaf.

Olaf was already shown off and he possesses as you would naturally expect.

But yeah, no sign of any Advance Wars main character which is very odd. Andy is like the only main character not to be shown off at all in Spirits. I fully expect him to be in the mode but if he's not i'll know something is up.

Yea, I thought I remembered seeing Eagle, but I must've somehow missed Olaf. I wonder who Eagle would possess.. If I had to guess, it'd likely be one of the Star Fox characters.

Anyways, you have revitalized my hope in Andy. Who knows, maybe they're planning an Advance Wars collection or something on the Switch? That'd be pretty neat.

Yeah I expect Eagle to possess . Y'know, Falco being a bird and Eagle being named after a bird lol. They both carry the "i'm better than you'll ever be" vibes about them. Cocky, witty pilots lol.

I never considered an Advance Wars Collection but IDK if that would be the case. I would think it would happen this year given the 30th anniversary of Famicom Wars. That would be great if it were true tho.

Well, I personally haven't, but a ZSS is a character you fight on Ryu's classic mode, so it's likely ZSS will be the Chunners stand in.

I honestly don't think the Switch can stay alive for another three plus years that 15 total characters for DLC would require, because by that point we'll be looking at PS5 and whatever Microsoft chooses to do next.

Nintendo needs to stay on top of the replacement system game this time if they want to keep their momentum in my opinion.

Not yet but honestly as cool as the Guile AT is, the AT not being Chun Li is veeeeeeeeeeery weird. You'd think one of the most iconic women in gaming would be a bigger priority to make people go "Ooooh! Aaaaaah!"

That's the worst thing they can do imo. Why buy a system when it will be obsolete in less than five years? The system just came out last year, it being thrown to the side before even its fifth year could possibly make it so people will be wary of buying another system

Dude if the Switch can't live for four years I would honestly be shocked.

They already confirmed they're making more models, which means they're updating the system to get more power, which means it can keep up with current third party titles without drastically watering it down.

Has Ninty ever really gotten into the console wars, though? They’re still making stuff for the 3DS, and that’s getting close to 10 at this point. Nintendo’s new gen consoles have always been way offset from the others.

Also, the Switch just released last March. It’s still a bit early to be considering the successor so soon...
