I think Petey Piranha being a SSE boss might have helped separate Piranha Plant from Goomba, Boo, and other generic Mario enemies. For all I know, Petey may have originally been planned to return in World of Light as a boss before Sakurai said, "...Hold on a sec, I think I'm on to something here."
The point is that her floatiness in Smash replicates how she feels to play in her home series.

Pichu with Team Aqua/Magma alts is just adorable
I really liked Pichu's new alts (especially flower) and it's nice they gave Villager alts with dark skins. Tuxedo Mario looks good but I likely won't use him or any of the Link's alts. And Robin looks much better with new hair colors.
Shulk changing his hair color with each alt to better represent each party member is so good

I don't do Smash Speculation anymore. It was ruined for me.
Fire Mario and Major Circuit Little Mac are easily the two biggest cut costumes for me. :/
This is ****ing me up because I just read the newest updates of Kit's Nuzlocke and his Eevee makes this exact same pun.

Would've gladly traded in one of his other colored alts if Fire Mario could stay, but I'm not disappointed with what we got. We finally got two legitimate costumes, one of which is a reference to Odyssey.
Give it about an hourOne day the "Only the Best is Good Enough" trophy will show up and I can change my postbit back.
That just pisses me off, frankly. It took what, three Smash games for us to get Fire Mario? The most obvious of all the color swaps by far, and now it's gone.
