The only reason Roy was added was because Sakurai wanted to add Lief and when he went to IS they were developing Blazing Blade so Sakurai made it Roy to help promote the game

On the bright side, hopefully people will learn from Grinch leak and be more open to calm conversation on leak validity in the future.

I fear that'll never happen.

You'll always have some 16 year old telling you to off yourself because you think a leak with their favorite character on it is fake.

Maybe one day people will learn that viciously denying that a leak is fake or real, or talking down someone else's character won't change your character being in or not. It's all decided already. You just end up looking like an asshole.

Since is this very likely the only Smash game where everyone is here, cuts will happen for next Smash but this means we’ll get another huge batch of newcomers like previous games, however.

Only 4 fan-requests are added for the hardcore audience, these four are:

Banjo, Geno, Shadow, & Isaac which means the rest are recent/casual choices.

Deal or No Deal?

Cuts are gonna happen anyway, might as well get my most wanted out of it.

Plus four purely fan-favourite newcomers is pretty good for a typical roster, considering most of the recent/casual choices will also be popular.

Though Shadow could probably get in without the fans, I dunno why he's included there.

Remember, for a lot of countries around the world, marrying cousins is viewed as a not-outrageous thing and it happens often enough.

It's not that you want Pyra/Mythra/Rex in Smash, it's that you're making fun of character designs by the guy who did FF Tactics, while stanning for designs by Saitom
