Question; why is Steve so hated in Smash? Is minecraft really that bad?

I think he'd be hated less if Banjo wasn't a potential Microsoft newcomer. People will feel he took Banjo's place. For me personally i just don't fancy a Steve looking character in smash nor do i have any interest in anything Minecraft.

I think it's because he's potential compettion to Banjo when it comes to Microsoft representation...
But to be honest, I kinda want Steve a lot more than I do Banjo. I personally think a crafting based moveset can bring a lot more to the table...

therefore, you can't **** default Ike, only buff Ike

Like I said before, Goku's fans are just wasting time. He'd be neat, yes, but doesn't fit the series' theme.

-SpongeBob can absorb any of Goku's punches/attacks with his spongy body
-SpongeBob is a practitioner of Karate and regularly spars evenly with Sandy, the squirrel equivalent of Bruce Lee
-SpongeBob can create literally anything out of bubbles
