No one thought that E3's background was a K. Rool hint until Chair Theory was brought up.

And it wasn't just the chairs for some characters, people said the chairs were Tatl & Tael while the couch was Skull Kid. Again, the same background could be a Banjo-Kazooie hint based on one of the books on the shelf.

I would be okay with it, especially if it's that one girl who seems like the mascot or something.

They were willing to give away the surprise of K. Rool. Their plan WAS for people to catch on. That's why they're hints...so you can catch on in the first place.

I'd be neutral on it to be honest...

Just pretty standard
If anything, I would probably laugh at it...

I will get any and all DLC including amiibo. I stand by my word. I didnt even play with DLC last time but bought it nevertheless. Since I already have the best DLC character for free. Anything else will feel like a bonus.

I don't know. Everyone keeps telling me it's because Sakurai doesn't consider my boi's series separate anymore, but I counter that with the fact that the STAGE select screen has his stages separate from Mario and DK, INCLUDING the Melee Yoshi's Island stage

the Melee Yoshi's Island stage

This reminds me of the absolute worst thing in Ultimate: Yoshi's Island (Melee) is a Yoshi stage, meaning that you cannot use Super Mario World music on a Super Mario World stage unless all the Super Mario World music is tagged as Yoshi series music.

+My brother can care about this roster other tham Inklings and maybe he would let me kick his ass
+Interesting moveset potential between all the weapons, traps and buildings.
+Pickaxe as a default weapon would be a new weapon type in Smash
+John Wick skin
+Smash fanbase gets salty
+People win't use "deserving" at all anymore because they would have to admit Fortnite deserved to get in and gamers can't do that for things they don't enjoy
+Best taunts in the game
+Tilted Towers stage would be dope
+First F2P series in Smash
+More broken than Smash 4 Bayo and Brawl MK combined
-I really can't think of a single music track it would have I don't think Fortnite even has music tbh
-No map drawing involved

I would enjoy a Fortnite character.
Should one be in? No. Absolutely not.
But I'd love it.

Piranha Plant is a great addition cos of the moveset: an inspired moveset can justify any character (within reason).

Also wouldn't take this Hitagi guy too much as gospel - I know it's kind of a weak argument against him, but the more a leaker says or claims to know the less I trust them. Saying 'I don't know, this is all I've heard' sounds more realistic and is why I'm inclined to trust Verge more (that plus his existing Smash leaking streak). Maybe I just don't like the idea that someone seems to know (or claims to know) a lot about the DLC process which, if it's including big-name third parties, you'd think be a bit more hush-hush.
