IMO no
Stand alone stages will ruin the stage screen being a flawless perfect box with 109 stages, and Mii Costumes seem like they'll be shop things now. Unless they're added for free into the shop as PART of DLC.

Echoes...I really wish they were, but no, Sakurai goes "and we're not talking Echoes" or something along those lines when he brings up DLC.

I'll bet money on Mii Costumes, and maybe they'll bring back some old stages, but DLC Echoes probably ain't gonna happen.

I'm pretty sure Echoes will be part of DLC packs. In addition to Fighter Pass, I wouldn't be surprised if a big DLC bundle ala Octoling expansion happens too, maybe announced at E3 ala Octoling expansion. I could see it being a couple of characters and stages, a few echoes, and a crapton of other trinkets like the Mii costumes.

Nintendo has only confirmed each pack will have 1 character, one stage, and multiple music tracks.

I know Wii U had additional junk like costumes etc.

But its an assumption that may not be correct to assume we'll get more then indicated.

I don't know if we will have a separate pack that is a "mii costumes only," but I do think we will get free dlc downloads of costumes, or costumes along with a pack we buy. I doubt we will get any stages outside the pass though, pretty certain on that front.
