Where I live I'm a night owl. I stay up until 4 in the morning. I'll no doubt be sleeping in through the Direct. Not that it matters I'll simply just watch it before coming on here.

If the N64 Classic really is being revealed “after the Smash announcements” like this article says, I really can’t see it happening any other way besides as a follow-up to a Banjo newcomer reveal. Unless they just cram it in there completely randomly with no relation to the Smash content, that’s the only way I could see it going down.

I mean, they could end it with “You can play the original Super Smash Bros on the new N64 Classic Edition,” but that would not only he anticlimactic, but would imply they aren’t ending with a newcomer reveal which I find very odd. Every Direct featuring Smash Ultimate has ended on a character reveal.

No for me. Banjo would be cool but them announcing a mini N64 with OG Smash would have me hyped as hell

I mean, sure... but that Xbox 360/One remaster is some real good stuff, smooth 60 FPS, actually good controls. If it's not on the N64 Classic, there's always that really good, weirdly underlooked version.
