I love Tropius he's my big flying boy. A Tropius pokeball would be wonderfull he could be like the big angry tree from kirby and blow everyone around.
I don't think that's been discussed. It could be an interesting mechanic, but I'm not sure if they'd put the extra work in to make a menu to edit frequencies. Would be welcome if they did though, even if its just to get rid of ATs and Pokeballs that aren't too fun to play against.

I would like Magnezone, my favourite Pokemon to come out and use Electric Terrain. This causes constant damage at a medium rate to anyone touching the ground or platforms (similar to the flower effect), so it encourages you to take to the air and fight in the sky!
I meant I find it pretty disturbing that people seem to only care about Pyra so long as she's scantily clad.
Nah he's saying that the kind of person who thinks Pyra is ruined by not being skimpy is questionable bc they're more focused on her appearance than her non-physical attributes.
No. It's the idea that a character has to be scantily-clad to be identifiable as that character.
It's an idea i've watned for a while (although I imagine that would be one long ass list)
Bayo is about as risqué as they get. If I was a parent who didn’t know a whole lot about video games, I would probably be a little bit concerned if I saw my child playing the new video game I bought them and there was a British, gun-toting dominatrix on screen beating up Green Mario and Sammy the Hedgehead
..And even if I was up to date on all the characters and the games they were from, I probably wouldn’t want my fictional young child playing as Bayo or an uncensored Pyra. I realize you can’t protect them forever from sexualized media, but at the same time I can see where some modest parents are coming from.
I'm all about Shiftry as a playable grass type, sceptile and decidueye need to sit down.

I won't think it will ruined her, I just think it is unnecessary and unlikely.
From my point of view, anyway, it's on roughly the same level as Zero Suit Samus where there's a degree of accentuation, but it's still tamer than Pyra. With Falcon/Snake/ZSS it's skin tight, but also full body. And in skimpier cases like Swimsuit Shulk and Shorts ZSS, they're less clothed but far less skin tight (Shulk with swim trunks and Samus in a sports bra and shorts).

On that note, I think Nihilego would actually be a sick character. It was prominent in the story, and heck, Lusamine dresses Lillie to resemble it. We don't have a playable rock or poison Pokemon, and Ultra Beasts are a new thing that were very prominent to the games that were developed around the presumed time of Smash's roster creation.DID SOMEONE SAY PLAYABLE ULTRA BEAST?!

Not related to Pyra, but I do dread the idea of BotW Link in Smash for the loss of his iconic green tunic.
My hope is that the green tunic and the BotW outfit will be alts, like Mac and Wireframe Mac.
That would actually make it their size in Smash, though.
I mean you can obtain ALL of the tunics in BotW, I don't see them going away from Smash entirely. I wouldn't be shocked if Link was a 16 skin character in this game, like Little Mac in the last game, where he has 8 of each BotW and traditional tunic sets.

A character's visual design is a big part of what makes them, them. They're characters, not people.
And on the note of censorship, why are people worried about Pyra when she has more skin covered than Zamus' last two alts?
I'd really love a Smash Bros. game where they introduce 'Classic' and 'Modern' versions of characters. I know that sounds like some Sega BS but it'd be cool to play as a Mario with a moveset and design inspired by NES and SNES and a Mario with a moveset inspired by N64 onwards.
But if it's BotW Link, he'd most likely have that godawful Tunic of the Wild.
