At this point I don't ****ing care if the leak is legit or not this is the wildest ride since I'm in Smashboards, everything is wonderful.
Please, add 20 more fighters to the leak tomorrow, or whatever crazy stuff ,please.
I don't want it debunked because the fun will end.

There's a difference between the healing field, which you'd presumably pick up and throw, and things like the Maxim Tomato, the Heart, and what I'm suggesting the plant item might be.

That's what I meant by pick up.
I meant you literally pick it up and it works, and you don't have to do anything else.

So what I'm understanding Toaster is that you're 100% this is a healing version of healing field

I never said this is the current Healing Field.
I'm saying they may have redesigned it for whatever reason, it is the SAME icon, and it is a Smash original item which means they can change the design.
I'm pretty 50/50 on this, it looks like both honestly.

Don't make yourself a martyr kid, people aren't arguing against you, they're arguing against the idea that the healing field is this item.

Unless you're suggesting the healing field is a multiple use item that changes after it is done healing the character.

wanna guess how many people will claim it to be a coincidence if Isaac gets revealed soon because of this

I guess the thing is... any character who gets revealed instantly either confirms the leak or debunks it. The second they update the banner, if the character is the exact same space and pose it's real. If it's the same character in a different place, it's not. So if Isaac or any of the others do get revealed, the potential for the evidence to be damning is just as legitimate as the potential for it to be supportive.

It's a 4Chan meme referring to younger Gen Xers and older Millenials who are starting to settle down and start a family, thusly adopting traits that are associated with suburban dads (such as an affinity for lawn care). As such, boomer picks refer to characters that only people playing during the NES-Gamecube era would identify.

What qualifies as a boomer pick generally varies, but its usually a character that hasn't been seen for awhile: some say Geno is a boomer pick, some say Banjo is a boomer pick, and some say Isaac is a boomer pick.

I mean, if that's true, both Geno and Banjo's game were in that timeline and witht he exception of Nuts & Bolts; all their games were released as of N64 or earlier. I don't see how it could be 'some say' that they're boomer picks. Under your definition, they most certainly are boomer picks.

So you're wagering it's a redesign and I'm wagering that, were it to be a Smash original item, it's a second version of the same item (as in, exists as the same time as the healing field) that you'd pick up and it'd get used like the tomato does

We don't know for sure though. I mean if the image is real then there's a very good chance but still tread lightly.

Flatzone is flat, the petals would stick out into the foreground and background potentially.
They could just flatten it though, but it may look odd.

Nintendo accidentally leaked Ganondorf before Smash 4's launch iirc.
Also, Nintendo accidentally leaked Lucario, Jigglypuff, and Ness before Brawl's launch.

Both times, Nintendo quickly took the video down.
