Funnily enough, I think in a bit of a funny turn of events. Unlike the ESRB leak. Those denying the leak and/or at least remain skeptical probably more often then not are HOPING it's true.

I'm still unsure about it myself. I'm holding all my giddiness for all until if this gets officially confirmed. Because it's awesome.

I'm not angry at the base roster, but instead happy and satisfied.

The Crash expectation was always in the DLC zone due to the late release of N Sane Trilogy.
If we want Crash, this will be the perfect time to campaign.

So, Spawn Wave says there are a few characters, or at least one missing from the leak. It appears he doesn't deny this leak completely. So maybe this leak still has some merit to it?

Who is Spawn Wave, and why does he have some sort of credibility over a leak? Isn't he just some youtube guy? What are his connections to NoJ and Bamco? Why would he know the roster?

Yet no one's been able to find them. Saying "they could be out there" but not providing them doesn't create any chinks in anything. It's just baseless speculation.

Plus, even if they did exist somewhere on the web, how would that suddenly make the whole leak invalid? When everything still lines up perfectly, and it's been confirmed the leaked did indeed work for this company, which is contracted by Bamco.

Box theory probably died so I came back, but what killed it was a leak so I'm saving the gloating til the direct. Also it seems DLC is now the topic of the day, and that Sora might be in smash cuz of an unrelated leak. Who would be his echo though Riku or Roxas?

I've been following this new leak on Twitter all this morning and man, the reasons people are presenting to try and say it's fake remind me waaaaay too much of the ESRB leak stuff for Smash Wii U and how people took the smallest little thing (that was created due to the blur of the ESRB leaks or just because a character has similar appearance to someone else, etc) to try and discredit it.

It’s giving me the exact same sense of deja vu.

I think it’s plausible, it’d be a truly titanic finish when we already had “Everyone is here” and Ridley to start off.

Honestly the things that make me believe this the most are Mach Rider and Chorus Kids because of Sakurais like of going back to old ideas. The rest have been in demand for some time too. It’d be one helluva finish and we’re possibly gonna get character dlc ontop.

If this is actually real this will be insanity in the best way.

Because saying "We have several characters left" would be too revealing. This isn't "Sakurai lies", this is "Sakurai isn't going to indicate how many are left and if anything will undersell rather than oversell."
