While it would be way too much to ask for (since all I want is Banjo playable), the music by Grant Kirkhope is so well-beloved and so intrinsic to the franchise. It would be amazing to have a traveling stage going through various levels with this music playing--it plays in the over world but seamlessly transitions into variations based on each world.
While not reaching the hype of the main theme, the relaxing Spiral Mountain theme is iconic in itself along with the setting and would be neat to see it incorporated into their introduction.
And in terms of the best music to showcase, while used particularly for it's snow level, Freezeezy Peak is eezily one of the most dynamic, cheerful in the game and emblematic of Grant Kirkhope's talents, along with Click Clock Wood having variations for each of the four seasons. Also, I have to mention just the wacky Grunty's Furnace Fun for whenever there's an off-the-wall moment. And this is only a showcase of the first game, as there's plenty of memorable songs from Tooie.
And outside of Banjo, I just keep going back to Grant Kirkhope's take on Donkey Kong for Mario & Rabbids. That was one of the main highlights from E3, and it's an awesome song that climaxes into Donkey Kong Country, giving me nostalgia for a game I haven't even played!
