Well it’s mostly cause at this point if a character you want isn’t in you should just prepare for the worst.

Also I’m of the mind that Shadow never really had a chance anyways.

I feel that doesn't really matter when Simon and, inevitably, Ryu are both getting Echoes. Don't see why Sonic should be held to a higher standard than them.

From an objective view that doesn't really matter, I just feel that those characters don't impact Shadow's chances negatively.
From a subjective view, I'd love to see Alucard!

I don’t see nothing wrong with sonic getting a echo. Heck there nothing wrong if sonic gets both shadow and tails.

Well, there's a difference between what you'd want and what is likely. I'd much rather have Eggman than Shadow as a second Sonic rep, but I recognize Shadow as the much more likely option.

I'm in disbelief of any 3rd party series getting a second unique rep until I see it happen. Shadow makes the most sense as Sonic's Echo and it's just highly suspicious to leave his Assist Trophy MIA this long. I very much believe Richter was our introduction to 3rd party Echoes and Shadow and Ken will be dropped together during the next Direct.

I'm trying to keep my hopes tempered but it's hard man.

Hades from Kid Icarus Uprising as a Ganondorf Echo. He'd basically be Smash 4 Ganondorf (ya know without the swords). That way, people who are used to the older Ganondorf playstyle won't feel betrayed.

Also, it's kinda an excuse to get one of my favorite video game villains in Smash without making people too upset

Sure, but it only takes one person with some knowledge to leak something. And if a leaker wants to leak something, then I doubt they'll pass on something just because of its importance.
