If i wasn't super hyped from snake and pokemon trainer returning, bomberman would have devastated me, still upset though.

Still he's in the game, the amount of Konami surprises me though Snek and Simon is in the game and PT returning has made me even more hyped and he's got some buffs including removing that "stamina" thing which made sense to me hope he's in A or S tier

I feel slightly bad for FD because with Omega stages I really see no reason to play it. Used to be my favorite stage after Smashville, too.

You can always come for it for music and visuals.

Im really digging the new Final Destination. It looks like it was destroyed and rebuilt over and over and is barely held together wit hthe blue halos. The 5 "spikes" sticking out of the background look like the remenants, and I like the fact that there are 5, sinc ethere were 5 Smash games beforehand (64, Melee, Brawl, 3DS, Wii U)

I hope this time they have working hard to deliver a wonderful music theme for FD, the smash 4 one was pretty bland compared to brawl

I'd pick Amaterasu. Her B Specials (Celestial Brush Techniques) will be extremely powerful, and she can change between her three weapons as fast or even faster than Pokémon Trainer, so she can extended her combos, and keep them going, just like Bayonett- AHHH *angry mob gathers with pitchforks and torches*

Okay, okay. *poked* Ouch! Okay, T-that may sound bad, but it's not I promise, it's fair. Y-you see, to use her Celestial Brush techniques, she has to use up an ink pot:

She'd have four of them, so she can only use her specials four times until they automatically recharge again. If all her ink pots run out, not only she'll be unable to use any of her brush techniques (not even her Up B recovery), but she can't use her three weapons either, and turns into a regular wolf, with a limited moveset of weak bites tackles and kicks, until her ink recharges. See that's fair enough.

Brawler will have very high AGI, but also high STR and STA stats. However, his weakness is his low INT.

I liked Gen 1 - Johto is infinitely superior - but I'm pretty excited for this. Yeah, it's annoying that the grinding mechanics are being dumbed down, but...

This is what makes it a day 1 purchase for me. My boi Arcanine! And you can ride him! **** YES!

Also, I'm really hoping that it's a port of Yellow more than anything else so I can get all three starters. I consider a Pokémon game wasted if I can't have in my team. I've based my team around them since about 2008.

...yeah, I don't thing any character can hype me to the level that I was for . As much as I wanted Riddles to get in since the fans deserved it after all this time, E3's best announcement was hands down.

Team Rocket in Pokemon Let’s Go made it a day 1 purchase for me. I absolutely love Jessie, James, and Meowth!

I just love everything Kanto (and Johto) because I’m an unapologetic genwunner.

Pokémon Trainer in Brawl was a character I didn’t know I wanted. I was definitely hyped to play as the Kanto starters. I didn’t know it was possible to have a character who stays in the background and sends out Pokémon... but that’s what inspired my Team Rocket idea of having Meowth as a playable fighter and having Jessie and James stay in the background where they send out Arbok and Weezing to be Meowth’s Double Battle partner.

To me, the ideal Pokémon roster would be:
= the mascot
= the protagonist
= the final boss
= the antagonist

Any Pokémon like Gardevoir, Gothitelle, Incineroar, etc.

Replayed Shovel Knight yesterday, I know hes just an assist trophy but man I hope some new remixes can sneak in there. That ost is a bop and a half, as the cool kids say.

Well I was glad she got in at all given how much she's been ignored by the Star Fox 64 obsessed dev teams of today, it's more than a little sad to see Krystal isn't gonna be playable.

Honestly, the idea of Pokémon LGPE isn't bad. The idea was to invite newer players to the series.

But how they're handling it is just... Bad. I mean when your excuse to changing the catching system is because its "deemed too difficult", that's when the idea is lost.

Don't even get me started on Mew's exclusiveness in-games. -_-

The funny thing here is that i find it infinitely more difficult to catch Pokemon in GO than in the real games.
I wont pretend I know all the tricks in GO, or why difficulty seems to have no reason to go up or down, not to mention random jumps and sizes of the Pokemon...
The issue for me is that I always have a case on my phone, and sliding my finger on it isnt the easiest. That is if I can even find Pokemon or a Pokestop. Its a series that works great in an actual city, but the contrast to playing it in NYC versus a suburb is so apparent, I dont even find joy playing it in the latter.

Hm.........I don't think any of them were "devastating" to me, either because they were characters I didn't have AS MUCH interest in, or they were characters I kind of expected to be assists anyway.

That said, for me personally, the characters I'd be most interested in seeing playable that are assists are Meowth and Waluigi.

Watch Sakurai throw a curveball and reveal either a major request OR a surprise character. Seems like the general consensus is IF there is a reveal going to happen its either going to be a Issac or Pokemon character. Issac would probably fall MAJOR request hmmm. We shall found out today if there is one.

Honestly same, I love collecting things so much I probably wouldn’t enjoy the game as much if they weren’t in, not to mention all the games which will no longer have content if trophies are removed

Starlink will probably flop. Besides amiibo which most people really only collect for the figures toys to life is pretty much dead.

It's the gameplay and story that I'm into. Not to mention that the toys-to-life gimmick is completely optional.

Do I want the game to sell well, sure. Do I expect the game to sell well, not so sure.

The only thing I want from this game is for it to be fun, and that in the case it does fail, Nintendo doesn't punish Star Fox in particular for it.
